they are TF34GE100A ENGINES. I worked the hog for ten years. alst SQ was the 75th. my tail # was 79-204. she is inthe Bone yard.

I worked as a crew chief. I wqas at MB, Sembach Germany, and Pope AFB NC. My last SQ was the 75th Flying Tigers. If you do a google on the primary weapon you will learn a lot. Put it this way, Nothing like sending a plane off with enough weapons, and having it come back empty! To see Live AGM's and only seeing the cannon plug left! that is COOL! A Million dollar toy! Again I was all ground crew. It had to fly on the ground before I would let it fly with a Pilot!

there is a bomb release, NWS, missle launch and nav select button. the gun is fired with the trigger, YES it is amazing at the destruction in a short time! there is nothing like smelling the Gun powder residue in the Nose WW after a mission! we use to call it the smell of freedom! I was ground crew on the HOG for 10 years!
