Alana and Yuki are part of the quest. I think you can choose the other 2 though. I've never done the quest but I know Alana and Yuki are part of it.

Yes. Dialogue was taken out, and when you hax the game to play Snow Queen Quest, the game pulls random tiles to make up for the missing text.

He appears later in the snow queen quest, doing what appears to be drinking milk puking out of a cow head... weird. Since Persona 2 Innocent Sin is in the same setting as this game, its possible.

Thanks for the info! I assume this is an alternate world as well, so the guy in persona 2 is probably the same guy, but he's not actually in this world. Then again the persona 2 guy, a rumormonger, appears more carefree/sarcastic.
