I think there should be a limit to women going shirtless, like they couldn't go shirtless in stores (Which isn't allowed in stores even for guys anyways). Also, keep in mind that running shirtless for a girl is a bad idea, because the jostling and bouncing stretches them and increases sagging later on in life. If you're gonna be athletic, wear a sports bra. But, if you do insist on going topless, you don't have the right to flip if someone oogles. You were the one who chose not to wear a shirt.
