  • Thank you so much for sharing this lovely nostalgic trip. The memories came flooding back as i watched your wonderful show. The music compliments everything perfectly.

I was brought up around the dingle and you have really caught the calm and quiet mood of theses bygone times. Fantastic to see the Florrie being resurrected.

    Thanks again

  • @markmackie100 ..Thank you for the feedback. It makes me happy to know that others get pleasure from the slide shows. Have you watched my other slide show, "Old Liverpool 8 and Surrounding Districts"?.. Once again, thank you for the comments, Take care.

  • geat stuff mate! thank's for taking the time to do this, blessing's from an old parkroader......

  • Great ensemble of pic's the city centre ones bring back a lot memories of my chilhood in the 60's such a shame what they did to St Johns (old) market whitechapel and quite a bit of church street you could almost cry looking at the state of Lime ST up to ST Luke's all the old picture houses just left to rot scala futurist abc lime st etc.

    Well done much appreciated.

  • If only I could photoshop myself into your videos and leave this vicious money-grabbing place far behind. Thanks so much for your work.

  • exellent really enjoyed all three of them well put togrther and great music

    well done!!!!

  • Great pictures. Makes me feel a little sad. Most of those places are gone now. I was born in 1940 in Upper Mann St. between Park St. and Northumberland St. in the tenements facing the horse stables. The Old Liverpool pics just missed showing that by one street. I was soooo disappointed. Anyone out there come across any pics?

  • Wonderful pictures. Well done!

  • lovely seeing all the old streets and buildings, and a few familiar faces too!!
