through their titles some titles have cloths, like the titles you get from the Spa part after finding Emporer Peony's rappigs( lol late very late sory if you already know)

No it never made it to the US version. It probably won't see the light of day just like Asch's 2nd Hi-Ougi and the very last Van's 2nd Hi-Ougi.
