  • Hevron was the first Jewish capital crowned by king David. Later King David conquered Jerusalem from the Jevusites and set up the capital of entire Israel for all 12 tribes there. His son king Solomon built the Temple which is now where the dome of the Rock is situated.

  • kol hakavod letzahal :) my sons will be there like these nice soldiers to fight for eretz avoteinu Avraham Yitzchak ve'Yaakov! Eretz Israel shelanu ve'rak shelanu mavet le'aravim bnei zona!

  • I love it when extreme-left-wing Israelis try to get sassy with Israeli soldiers and the soldiers just throw the sassiness right back at them.

  • Just like he says. It belongs to the Jews. Get over it.

  • Jews have lived in Hebron for thousands of years, only leaving for brief periods when their lives were threatened. One such period followed the 1929 pogrom, in which an unprovoked Arab mob murdered Jewish men, women, and children, forcing all survivors to flee.

Jews moved back into Hebron as soon as they were able to do so. They returned to homes that had been stolen from them. To expel them again would be an inexcusable crime. It should not even be spoken of as the remotest of possibilities.

  • DONT GIVE ANYLANDS UP!!! Canada

  • Jordan now occupies what is called the East Bank. Why aren't the Arabs living there bombing and killing the people of Jordan who are occupying that part of Palestine?

20% of Israel (1/5th) of the population is Arab, the Arabs living there have the same rights & freedoms as Israeli Jews.

Look at how many Jews live in the surrounding Arab countries.....none or less than 100!! Arabs can live in Israel but Jews cannot live in Arab countries!

  • Leftists are so naive and uninformed. They are not realistic and won't recognize a killer if he/she would point a gun right at them. They are a domestic danger that the nation of israel, the idf, and the government have to face each day.

  • good guys those soldiers :) i like them they know the truth!

  • I pray to G-d that my son grow up to be like this soldier. I only wish he would have smashed the camera.

    כל הכבוד

  • ok lets talk seriously, i am a christian lebanese , as you know lebanon's christian society had very close ties with israel during the civil war, and honestly i hate from all my heart the palestinians in lebanon , but one question in palestine look at what their country was in 40's and what it is now you expect people to shut and do nothing about it??

  • (Part 1 of 5)

    Your question raises many issues.

First of all, I'm not sure what you mean by "their country in the 40's." The land you call "Palestine" was under British rule from 1917 to 1948. Before that, it was under Turkish rule for hundreds of years.

Or are you referring to Judea, Samaria and Jerusalem (commonly mischaracterized as "the West Bank")? That too is ours. Jordan took those areas in 1948, and lost it when they attacked us in 1967.

  • (Part 2 of 5)

I also dont know what you mean by "what it was in the 40s, and what it is now." What was it in the 40s? The truth of the matter is the Arabs living in Areas controlled by Israel have more rights that Arabs anywhere else. They also have higher standards of living than all other non-oil-rich Arab states.

  • (Part 3 of 5)

You also need to understand that whatever hardships the Arabs in those areas may be experiencing, it is caused by the PLO (which now calls itself the PA). Look at what they did to Lebanon. When you turn an area into a war zone, expect it to look like a war zone. Only, in most places, the people rebuild. In these areas, the Arab leadership wont allow it.

  • (Part 4 of 5)

You ask if I expect people to shut up and do nothing about it? Just for the record, nobody said or did anything when five Arab Armies invaded Israel on the day the State was declared in 1948, or when they tried again in 1967, or when they destroyed every Jewish synagogue in Jerusalem in 1948, and built latrines out of Jewish grave stones. So, my answer is, no I dont expect people to say & do nothing about it, but frankly, I dont care.

  • (Part 5 of 5)

Finally, your question seems to address the humanitarian issue of Palestinians suffering. They neednt suffer. Any Arab who wishes, can leave. Or he can agree to stay, as a loyal non-citizen (in pre 67 Israel, they actually do hold citizenship) with full Human rights - If only they would lay down their weapons.

Bottom line is, the land is ours, and Im not about to give it up, just because they suffer when they fight us.

  • sizin cibilliyetinizi sikeyim. onun bunun çocukları. fuck israel

  • free palestine

  • theres no palestine, jews r from israel, "palestinians " r from africa

  • איזה יופי שסתמו לחלאה השמאלנית הלוע.

  • god bless this woman for standing up for justice. america has apologized for taking native american land and have made them citizens with equal rights. israel will not know peace until it apologizes for taking land from arabs who lived their for 1500 years...but israel refuses to admit that the creation of their nation was at the expense of innocent arab christians and muslims.

  • fuck u and fuck this traitor, usa has never apologized for anything, they think they own usa, we own israel (and las vegas, beverly hills, brentwood, hollywood, !)

  • we're not there because we want we're there because we need to protect the main citiesfrom there like tal aviv and the centere

  • Humanitarianism is not exclusively owned by Machsom Watch and it is tested not only at the checkpoints, but also in preventing suicide bombers from reaching the markets of Tel Aviv and Netanya.

  • That atheist prostitute!

  • May the Almighty bless and protect this soldier for his unwavering stance for truth against this silly woman.

  • Israel for Israelis !

  • You nasty hags:

    1. Hebron is Jewish land.

    2. The fact that you have this 'debate' with the soldiers about the purpose of their presence in Hebron - the same soldiers who in their presence there protect your right to establish and operate your organization and provide security to you, your families and all Israelis - disproves your arguments.

And remember, for every yin there's a yang. So stop screwing around and protest against serious injustices in Israel like high taxes an Bituach Leumi.

  • Of course you care more about taxes that affect you than the lives of others.
