REVIEW of gallon size nutiva coconut oil and silk coconut milk!

Should be called coconut WATER, very tasteless, thin, almost sour. I was really, really disapointed with it, one sip and down the drain. Mine looked different than yours, it looked like water with a few drops of milk in it.

i've always enjoyed coconut milk in my foods and is great in yellow snapper when you cook the fish with peppers, onions, garlic and tomatoe sauce. i like the oil on my hair and skin, there is nothing negative to say about this fruit and when i tried the silk coconut vanilla milk, i just loved it. i don't know if it'll put weight on me, i hope not because i love it and do not want to stop using it. eveyone should try it at least ones.MMMMMM DELISH,!!! coconut water is also great!!!!!

...ya but is the Coconut milk in a carton healthy for you? i used to drink Soymilk until i did some research online and found out SoyMilk is actually bad for you especially for males...

I bought some of the Silk Pure Coconut milk yesterday (vanilla flavor) and I gotta say it's really tasty. I've wanted to take a good chunk of dairy out of my diet and I've tried soy and almond milk, both weren't to my liking. Definitely a coconut milk lover! And I'm definitely planning to get coconut oil as well :)

Thanks for commenting Shawn! That's too bad about SoDelicious. I hope it wasn't too expensive at least. If you're looking for an actual coconut taste I wouldn't say try the silk brand either because you'll be disappointed. It has more of an "essence" of coconut taste rather than an actual coconut or fresh coconut taste. It tastes nutty and is thick like melted milkshake consistency. BUT, It's so good for you :D I also made an almond milk video. Just as good. Haha thanks for the compliment!

Nice review, I've been considering purchasing the Silk Coconut milk. I tried SoDelicious brand Coconut milk and was extremely disappointed (didn't taste like coconut at all!).  I'm curious, how would you compare the coconut flavor in Silk? Anything like coconut oil or even fresh coconut?

(By the way, I'm sure you've *never* heard this before, but you look like a young Marisa Tomei!) ;-)
