I can only guess that the production crew/cameraman does not know how to set the white balance or at the very least colour correct at post.
Surely, if you the Caravan Channel and Pink lemon claim to be as profesional an outfit as they state on their websites, then this sort of thing should be childs play and something you would do as a matter of course and without thought . . .
