No, since this would be self-contradictory.

But there are different levels of certainty. We can be quite confident in many logical and mathematical statements since they are true by construction.

But I don't think we can be absolutely confident about any statement concerning the real world. We can say that we don't have any reasonable doubt about it. But to say that you are 100% sure of it - that nothing can change your mind - you need to be a clergyman, not a scientist.

I think that we don't know if all truths are knowable.... i have pointed out how we cannot understand pandimensialism, what is quantum physics at now, 12 dimensions, we can barely handle 4.
