I think, since the song called for a Baritone tone, Ben is definitely more suited to the solo, since Sam is more like a tenor with his ability to be able to reach those really high notes. Sam is definitely more talented, more amazing, but Ben is the better soloist for the song.

Uhh that's kinda rude and presumptuous...Sam Tsui is a great singer, but I think the soloist here was great too and us people not in their group have no right/ credit to judge who's "definitely more talented, more amazing" solely based on this one video against sam's millions others on youtube. That is some real shallow generalization.

I like the little guy as the lead singer better, even though his voice doesn't fit this song as well. He just makes you feel the music better. This and What a Good Boy are painful songs, and this version just doesn't feel sad. As far as harmony and everything goes, this version is better than the little guy's, just no emotion.
