  • so i was wondering what u would recommend i am naturally blonde with light brown low lights. i dyed my hair black and now i got it back to golden blonde but it has brown in it and i don't want the brown in it. I wanna get to a color like u did in this video.

  • You're amazing!!!!! I am not a certified hair colorist, or a professional for that matter but am a pretty decent home colorist, and this definitely makes me want to learn everything I can and get certified one day! You're So fantastic.

  • This came out REALLY great. I would have never thought to tone it out like that. I would have bleached it... Toned out the yellow color and had her come back again. That was an awesome way to do it. Great job! I want to try this on someone now =]

  • Great job..gratulation...

  • ive used kadus colours for years,my mature clients loved 8/36 and 9/36 mixed with the same level base, the grey coverage was great, but to my horror kadus in britain has taken it off, could you please tell me what is an alternative in the kadus range, thankyou

  • Did you say process 50 or 15 minutes? Thanks!

  • I'm slowly going blonde.i just got all the black color out of my hair.I have a few blonde highlights in right now. Then hopefully I'll be blonder in Oct.I'm never gonna color my hair black again! I love how smart u r about hair.:)

  • very nice, thanks for the tips...

  • omg i love this color! my hair is the same color as hers and i want it the color you made it! all the stylist around here say it cant be done so im gonna do it myself! any tips on how to get it this color!

  • I have a friend that has died her dark blonde hair black but now wants to make it blondie brown again.

    Any Tips?

  • Is the hair color you use sold at Industry Source?

  • @kimmmy88 I am not sure what industry source is? Kadus haircolor though is sold through several distributors across the country, if that helps.

  • Is pearl more of an ash or more like a platinum

  • @platinumblondebiatch pearl is just a term for any color that is cool based meaning blue or violet or a combo.

  • when you mix a toner with a developer will it make the toner permint?

  • It's nice to see someone who really knows how to do a good DP blonde.

I learned double-process blonding in the early 90's at a Clairol Colorworks/Colorpath class and am saddened at how few colorists really know how to do it - or think that bleach is only for blonding. For example, if someone has dark hair and wants a true medium or light ash brown with absolutely no hint of warmth, nothing works better than a double-process. Or for a pure, crystal-clear red shade.

  • I really like your game with color(Im hair stylist as well)How I can create really ligh creamy blonde ,in level3n?It is possible?what are you recomended?

  • @eeLmatys it is not that it is impossible to reach a pale creamy blonde but the structure of the hair will not stay on the head. The melanin structure of hair that dark is very dense (kind of like trying to remove chocolate chips from the cookies with and leaving the cookie whole). if you have to I would bleach with an oil bleach on the scalp 25 vol on the scalp and 30 on the ends applying the ends first. then toning with a pale pink beige level 10 with 20 vol scalp to ends.

  • @KadusGuy

I've been looking for good pink beige level 10 toner (or colour) for ages! Can you recommend a good one?

My hair is bleached out palest yellow and it's pretty resistant to picking up colour...except of course for the extra porous bits which might soak up only the undertones really - so if the tone is pinky, I can live with that (better than green or blue or orange or violet).

I really want that ever so subtle creamy pinkish beige.

  • I was told to use a shower cap when bleaching my hair cause some lady said when the bleach dries it stops working. Why didn't you cover her hair? Just curious.

  • Wow you did amazing!

  • wow, she looks 10-15 years younger as a blonde with fringe

  • Wow! You are a fabulous colorist. You took her to exactly the most flattering tone. She has a gorgeous profile and looks so fabulous as a blond. What a great video. Hope to see more from you (and more of Brook and her friends.)

  • Wow, you're a very talented colorist to say the least! Is this color possible on hair that is 75% grey with a level 4 natural color? Would my hairdresser put bleach on my grey hair and then tone it? Currently, my hairdresser is darkening my grey with a high lift blonde color and then I have bleach highlights twice a year. It's not as pastel as I would like and the salon doesn't use toners. I live in Connecticut. Can you recommend a salon that uses your products. Thanks. You're very brilliant.

  • It is possible. Yes she would bleach and tone but it is not as agressive of a process. Here is a name of a salon in your area that uses Kadus. Happy Day!
