His clip is shown in the "The Untold Story of Neverland" documentary that can be found on youtube, I can give you a link if you want it. The young boy is acting very weird for someone who is claiming to have been sexually abused, he is very relaxed throughout the interview

I've always thought his speech pattern indicated he was in fact reading from a cue or speaking from a memorized speech he wrote for this particular video (theres a trip-up where he jumps ahead a word), however by no means do I think it makes the statement any less emotional for him. Michael was a passionate writer and wasn't afraid to show emotion, so it makes sense for him to speak this piece with genuine sadness/anger especially given he wrote (or what have you) it himself. Ty for the video!
