I really need to make a confession. So I had this and a bunch of other games that game with the family Packard Bell back in the 90s. A space game, dinosaur game, Mega Race... Anyway, I had this game, too. On rare occasions I would try to play it but after a while, I would start feeling sick and have high anxiety. All these years later, I still have a medical phobia. Going back, I'm almost sure it's because of this "game."

I felt the same way as you, mainly because I have Iatrophobia. When I was introduced to games like Trauma Center and Life and Death, I had anxiety attacks and felt unsettled. But when I got into games like Life Force and Abadox, my feelings is not on the same level, but I still get freaked out. I got over them after I knew what to expect. It's OK to feel this way, you won't get bullied for that. The thing is, NO one wants to know about what goes on inside them, it's normal.

I don't think I was scared by this video specifically, but I was scared about the possibility of my dad getting a heart attack. That was actually furthered when one of my friends talked about how his dad had a heart attack once.

I read that roughly 700,000 Americans have heart attacks every year...this really does bring it home.

Although, they used generic "death" sounds that I remember from other games, that in retrospect, are sorta funny.

Oh god, this was the big one that scared the hell out of me when I was six or so. But I think I had some kind of morbid fascination with it at the same time, because I remember using it as a model for a presentation in first grade on how a heart attack happened.
