  • Fuck it it doesn't matter how we look like or which is more superior. We NEED to stop arguing and UNITE

  • What's the piano song called?

  • @mailtsauce That is the background sound of song: 桜色舞うころ (Sakurairo Maukoro) - 中島美嘉 (Nakashima Mika).

  • duude dont upload this kind of video unless u include all east asin countries for example u didn't include north korea and also u didn't include mongolia

  • @anti1china 1.) There are many reasons why North Korea and Mongolia are not included in the list. First of all, North and South Korea were once one country that got divided into two so there is no need to include NK. Second, Mongolia is not a SINOSPHERE country like China, Vietnam, Koreas, and Japan despite it is an east asian country. Third, mongolian do not have the same surnames nor use surnames in same way as these four countries. The video maker got this list off Wikipedia.

  • @anti1china 2.) CONTINUE: The four original SINOSPHERE countries since ancient time are China,Vietnam, Koreas, and Japan. Mongolia is not a SINSOSPHERE country therefore it's not included.

CHARACTERISTIC OF SINOSPHERE: Using chinese written characters, same surnames, Confucianist social and moral ethics, Taoist or Mahayana Buddhist religious beliefs, politics, culture, and eat with chopsticks since ancient time.

  • LOVE JAPAN, LOVE VIETNAM

  • LOVE JAPANESE, LOVE VIETNAMESE, LOVE KOREAN

  • I believe Vietnamese and Cantonese are similar somehow, and we could have same background in the past. However, for some reasons we were separated... Vietnamese culture and even Korean and Japanese cultures were influenced by Chinese culture for long time. Therefore; technically, Vietnam is a South East Asian country based on geography. However, it's not wrong if we consider Vietnamese culture is East Asian culture. Asian Pride!

  • @DragonOfQin Vietnam was an independent & separate country from china. Three Vietnamese dynasties had existed before the chinese invaded us in 111BC. These dynasties were Hong Bang (prior to 257 BC), Thuc (257–207 BC) & Trieu (207–111 BC). So it is NO way that our first emperor was a chinese. We were colonized but we never stopped fighting. We got autonomy in 905AD & took BACK our independence in 939AD. you are too arrogant to think yourself higher than who you actually are.

  • Vietnam's first emperor was Chinese anyways. Infact Vietnam belonged to China until ~900AD when Viets became independent.(Vietnam's independence day)

  • @DragonOfQin lol r u out of ur mind?? Who was the first Vietnam emperor that made u think that he was a Chinese?

Do u know when and how u Chinese got to the South?

  • @DragonOfQin Just to let you know Vietnam is just a land and Nam Viet is a kingdom back in 13 century ago when the kingdom were located in southern china during the Qin or kinh or jin in a different translation and least but not last it's still there as a historical fact that the Viet has many branches such as cantonese which is a language but we share the same Viet= Yue in a different translation has the same culture but break up to a different branch!

  • mmm where is mongolia?

  • This is wrong!!

Korean name don't has middle name

  • Modern Days - American Culture Sphere = The whole world.

  • CULTURE , not LOCATION or GEOGRAPHY ASSHOLE =))

  • @qwerty6241 Many ones think about country based on its location, however, if it's based on culture, saying "Vietnam is an East Asian country" is NOT wrong ! You can google the words "East Asia" based on various definitions (both geography and culture), you'll be able to understand clearly what I mean.

  • You Chinese are so retarded. East Asia, linguistically defined, encompasses both Northeast and Southeast Asia. White people like to shorten certain words when they don't find the cultures significant, thus Japanese become Japs, Koreans become gooks, China+Korea+Japan become East Asia. I am Vietnamese and I'm proud to be Asian, but more specifically, I am happy to be Vietnamese. I don't give a dam if I am East or Southeast--which presupposes that Europe is the center anyways.

  • LMAO vietnam = east asian country ?

  • @qwerty6241 I have NEVER said geographically Vietnam is located at East Asia, in this video, I have been talking about CULTURE, yes ! Culture of East Asia, and Vietnam is a part of East Asian Culture (also called Sinosphere). I hope that you understand what "culture" means !

  • @GreatViet Oh I see terribly sorry I was drunk yesterday LMAO

  • @qwerty6241 No problems, many ones out there also asked me about this before many times.

  • In the ancient times, all the 4 countries were written in traditional Chinese. If it lasted until today, all the people from the 4 countries could communicate in Chinese not in English.

But unfortunately, Vietnam and Korea almost repeal the Chinese characters.

  • im korean. but i didnt know about this. thank you

  • THE DECLINE OF CHINESE ECONOMY AND POWER ALONGSIDE WITH THE FALL OF CHINESE TRADITIONAL CULTURE IN KOREA JAPAN AND VIETNAM

  • So in short we are one family!! Same written language, same (if not similar) cultures. We all use chop sticks, all love our families and respect our elders.

  • The reason why vietnamese, korean, and japanese have ''TRANSLITERATED'' chinese surnames:

    1. Vietnam, China, Korea, and Japan were in the ''SINOSPHERE CULTURE'' (Chinese cultural sphere and Chinese character cultural sphere) GOOGLE ====> SINOSPHERE. If you don't know what that mean.

    2. Back in the old days when Vietnam, Korea, and Japan adopted the chinese writing system, they also adopted the surnames and then transliterated into their own version of modified chinese characters.

  • typical surnames for northern china which hardly found in southern china include:阎yan,于yu,崔cui,柴chai,管guan,郝hao,范fan,穆mu,隋sui,丛cong,辛xin,武wu,毕bi,焦jiao

  • 李li,张zhang,孙sun,刘liu,黄huang,杨yang,周zhou,吴wu,陈chen,郭guo,郑zheng, are the most common surnames for chinese which exist abundantly in both south and north china, among them,孙,郭,张 are more lean towards the north while 陈,吴 are relatively more concentrated in south than north.

  • I can roughly tell where a Chinese came from just by know his surname.谢xie,顾gu,梁liang,林lin,佘she,余yu,欧ou,罗luo,朱zhu,陆lu,钱qian,钟zhong,章zhang,施shi,易yi,彭peng,龙long,翁weng,夏xia,韦wei,赖lai,毛mao,庄zhuang,蓝lan,莫mo,甘gan,丘qiu,曾zeng,虞yu.These are typical southern chinese surnames found mostly in south China, among them,钱,顾,夏,朱,章,虞,毛,甘 are the typical surnames in jiangnan area of south eastern China

  • Chinese names are usally surname followed by given name.

On side note, I hope my future wife's last name will be 陳 or 王. One of them must speak Mandarin and can read and write Chinese characters.

  • @shtdragon So, it doesn't matter how ugly she is as long as her last name is 陳 or 王 and she could speak or write chinese characters. Your wish might come true my boy, there are plenty of ugly, flat breasted, flat butt, and slit eyes chinese girls with the last name 陳 or 王 in China. All you have to do is buy a plane ticket back to your motherland. ^_^

  • @vkvkvk1219 yeah they dont

  • this video here need to add more this last name, this is my last name.QUAN, and all this last name LAC, AU, NGUYEN~,HAN, ON. UNG,LAI,

  • wtf? Korean's don't have middle name.

  • @vkvkvk1219 For example, a full name: Lee Sang Jun, Korean always call him Sang Jun, never read only Jun, so, in this thinking, Korean don't have middle name. However, because it is generated from 3 words: Lee, Sang and Jun (in Latin or Hangul), so if you call Sang a middle name with the normal thinking way, that is not totally wrong :)

  • @GreatViet No, that's not correct. I know because I'm a Korean. A name Lee Sang Jun is only separated into TWO parts; surname (Lee) and first name (Sang Jun). It's not that Koreans only 'call' the person as Sang jun, but it's his only name. no middle name or whatsoever.

  • @vkvkvk1219 In logic thinking, when you write down with 3 separated words: Lee Sang Ho (hangul: 이 상 호 hanja: 李 尙 浩), people will think that Sang (상 - 尙) is middle name. However, the infors of this video is collected from wikipedia and I don't have any additional idea.

  • @GreatViet I know what you mean in the first place. Dividing the name into 3 words has no meaning, regardless of whether the name consists of 3 letters or not. That has nothing to do with logic but is a random idea. I keep saying there's no middle name cause it is a 'rule' that in 李 尙浩, 李 is the surname and 尙浩 is the given name. There's no additional concept. Wikipedia isn't absolutely right.

  • @GreatViet @vkvkvk1219 - In this case, vkvkvk1219 is correct. Korean names are composed of sir name (last name) and first name only. Also the sir name are usually one syllable but can becomposed of two syllables; First name can be either one, two (most common) or even several syllables.

  • 0:50 O.o my mom surname is Liu, or Lau in cantonese. lol

  • My surname is 梁, In mandarin simply as Liang, in Cantonese is is pronounce as Leung or Leong, in Vietnamese it is pronounce as Lu'ong, in hokkien it is Neo or Niu. In korean it is Yang or Ryang 양 or 량. In Japanese is Ryō. What about yours?

  • @JeromeLeong My surname is Huynh/Hoang (Huang/Hwang) (:

  • @GreatViet Lol, my friend surname is Huang as well. their real name is Wong, or Ng or Bong. lol

  • Dude,I think I've asked you this before, but please answer me again ==

What is the Chinese ver. of my last name "Sầm" in Vietnamese?

  • @KatPianism your surname Sầm (Sam) is Vietnamese version of Cen (岑) in Chinese, this surname 岑 is really rare, though it originates thousands years ago.

  • @GreatViet K thanks for the responses,man :D

  • The Japanese don't have middle name, right? (From what I've noticed so far)

  • @KatPianism Yeah, I guess so, I used to study Japanese many years ago, and have never seen a Japanese name with middle name (:

  • @GreatViet because it is attached to their later name, for example, Liang ShiuBian, instead of Liang Shun Bian.

  • The Back ground music is From A vietnamese song name Xe dap :)

  • @se2cond But the real origin is from Japan, I like it ! You can view the video here: watch?v=QRZydmSEr-c

  • @GreatViet i wonder Why thuy chi alway cover a song from JAPAN ?

  • @se2cond I don't know, maybe she like it and her voice is suitable with it ! :)

  • Asians=smart,efficient, good food

  • Aren't u gonna make more VID ?

  • @se2cond Yeah, I wish but I'm really busy at present !

  • thanks for the vid.

i never know vietnam had this much resemblance

    with east asian contries :-D

  • @THECAT8th Like your country, Viet was also influenced by Chinese culture in long history. Viet is located at Southeast Asia because the Chinese invaded our land at the North, and Kinh (Viet) nation had to move deeply to the South to expand their land. Culturally Viet totally belongs to East Asia.

PS. I don't said this, it's in the books & documents.

  • azn culture is awesome!

  • @ben08820 Asian,not azn.

  • the culture of Vietnam belong to EAst aSia the Geography belong to THe SOuthesast asia

  • I thought Chinese people didn't have middles names. My Mandarin teacher doesn't.

  • Hey Vietnam is in Southeast that's what some Thais said and some Filipino said. Hey GreatViet actually Vietnam is actually South East Asian because where near the 3 Southeasr Border ,Laos,Cambodia and The Philippines but Philippines is far away to the border of Vietnam. So show your proof that Vietnam is actually in Southeast Asia. Happy Luner New Year Great Viet and Everyone! XD

  • @Ghettokid231Fire I don't need any proof to show that Location of Vietnam is in Southeast Asia, it's true and everyone can see that. But Vietnamese culture, society, lifestyle & people are connected to East Asia, it's also true and everyone can see that.

  • @GreatViet I don't give a shat what others think about Viet, all I know I'm Viet= Yue People, we are Lac Yue, our ancestors is Me Au Co and Lac Long Quoc. The China Han wants to take over our mother land from Sea to main land, we need to acknowledge this and unit as 1 Viet and fight against them like our ancestors did in the past. We are the Vietnamese, no matter where we live, we r still being known as Vietnamese, our mother land is calling us to fight against Chinese invader.

  • @Phiqusa The Vietnamese are Lac Viet and Au Viet. AU Co and LAC Long Quan.

  • @Ghettokid231Fire vietname is located geographically in south east but the culture and people didn't not originated from South East, VN has gene identical to japanese and on the same branch as Mongolian while far from China in genetic. The people originated from then north then expand toward south and finally conquered other south east countries...

  • Hey GreatViet do you want Vietnam to be an island near The Philippines? Because most Filipino likes Vietnam and say being Viet is awesome that's what some Filipino boy said. I talk some Filipino and they like Vietnam. trust me 10 times better than the Japan one.

  • @Ghettokid231Fire Oh, thanks a lot for your comment, I'm happy to know that Philipino like Vietnam and I believe that many Vietnamese also like Philipino.

  • @Ghettokid231Fire Really ? I'm suprised. I'm happy to hear that.

  • vietnamese and korean language seems resembles...

  • @TheAmericankhmer

Why hate Vietnam? We saved your ass from the Khmer Rouge Regime

  • @XShynobiX - nope.. actually history never lies..

the involved families know well what happen behind the Vietnamese assist....

  • @luvmakforever I don't know what was the real thing happened behind the Vietnamese assist. But if I had been the leader of Vietnam in that time, I would have never done anything related to Cambodia or Cambodian people, I would have never cared what Khmer Rouge was doing in Cambodia.

  • Anyone notice anything from the 4 flags?

  • @KatPianism all has red?LOLX am happy to hear dat ..am actually 1/4 of everything in the videos..COOL RIGHT

  • @rerehwj I find out that you're thai ! Don't know why many thai like you want to talk about Viets who don't have any relations to thai ppl !

In fact, I have never like anything of thai, and now, you really make me think that I'm totally right when I do so ! You're making dirty images of thai very very well, may I call your king and ask him why ? :))

Haha...stupid ppl ! Anyway, I wanna say sorry to all nice ppl in thai, except some stupid guys like you ;)

  • @rerehwj wanna fight against me ? You think you can ? haha... :D You can email to admin of YouTube & ask about me or my account. It's unique account ! You used many accounts and think that everyone can do so ! Oh oh...shame you ! Stupid thinking :)) You cannot win in my home ;) You're wasting your time !

  • @SPAMjdl1195 Vietnamese language is in the group of Viet-Muong languages and NOT mixed to Thai or Filipino ! You don't know anything about Vietnam. Just a person with empty brain and stupid ! So sorry, but you're really stupid ! ;)

  • @SPAMjdl1195 I think you have many accounts, maybe you & nhj12341 are the same one! Ok, you have a chance to open your mind, go to Wikipedia & search "East Asia", you'll see that: "Vietnam is considered either East Asia or Southeast Asia - here the primary question is geographic due to it being part of the Sinosphere"

For more details, search "Sinosphere", you will know that Vietnam is a country which has been totally connected to East Asian Culture very long time ago. So stop your bullshit !

  • @nhj12341 I have no reason to do that, many people around here are smart enough to vote for right things. I did not do anything to break the terms of YouTube.

I read your comments in other videos and know that you are anti-Vietnam, you're blocked because your comment is totally calumny. I realize that you're racism really, NOT me !

Any comments similar will let me know that you have more than one accounts here ! I believe that you had many accounts before to attack me ! Sorry, you're loser ;)

  • @SPAMjdI1195 If you do NOT know about our country, read more books ! Don't let your brain still stupid like that. I have no time to explain about this to each one daily. So I will stop any bullshit comments ! Please...get out !

  • @Ghettokid231Fire Carefully read the title again, I do NOT talk about location or geography. I talk about CULTURE. Moreover, the Viets have many East Asian features such as light skin, straight hair,... In fact, most of Viets look East Asian more than Southeast Asian (except the minority ethnics). If the Chinese had NOT invade our land in the North & push us to the South, we would have been a part of East Asia now & SOME of Viets would not have mixed with Southeast Asian. Your Thai ppl was right

  • looking at the video,I can see most of the chinese surnames in vietnam and korea seem to be more typical han chinese surnames with large modern populations, and quite a lot of them are actually extremely typical in southern china than northern china ,except for a few, such as 于,田,崔,卢,武 and 阎 ,these are all typical northern chinese surnames which hardly found in southern china

  • Chinese surnames have their regional diversity, the region with the highest diversity are the provinces around the yellow river region, where many surnames simply can't be found in other areas of China especially southern China, for example, the surname 宫,is mostly found in China's Hebei and Shandong, but it doesn't exist in southern China, the ancestors of Han chinese in southern provinces only came from certain small region of central/north china, that is why their surname diversity is much lower.

  • VU and VO in vietnamese is the same the southern said YO and the northern said VU

̣(yu/yo) is a southern vietnamese pronounce which mean V turned to Y Z because they can't pronounce the V so good and that become their own word ZZZ

  • @se2cond No.. listen, I am a Vo and I'm a Southerner and I don't say yo I say Vo.

  • @EastAsiandictator Hahah where the hell u live then ? idon't know whats wrong with u but seem like u aren't in Vietnam at those southern Province

they never pronounce V for you only Zzzz

  • @EastAsiandictator no really . and i bet u live some where has northern then southern never pornounce a V

  • @se2cond i dont' know where you live but it's sound u don't know :)

Southern can't pronounce V perfect they alway change to Z

  • @couchpotato25 do anything to associate ourselves with East Asia ?? No, we don't need to do that, because our society & culture has been a part of Sinosphere very very long time ago.

Because your comment was not really friendly & so much incorrect, so I remove it now to protect the true & exact knowledge. I never accept any stupid ideas here in my video which is for educational purpose only. So sorry !

  • I'm Half chinese, and I love the east asian cultures ( also called the sinosphere or confuciansphere ), to all of you fuckers who don't know your history or OUR history, thinking that Vietnam is not part of it, READ and STUDY!! Vietnam has since ancient times, originated from east asia, been part of china for a short time as well as have close ties. Sure, they are a little more mixed, some of them, some have darker skin due to suntan, but all in all, they are east asian, at least the majority

  • @stiffeg

Perhaps you don't know Vietnamese is descendant of Yue people.

When Yue lived in south yangzi river, chinese was living in yellow river.

Most of Vietnam culture is Yue culture, not Han chinese culture.

  • @BAIYUE1 Never said they were, but they sure as hell were influenced and more or less related in a way

  • my vietnamese last name is Hoang when people say fast it's become Woang like cantonese.

  • @se2cond Another Vietnamese variation of Hoang is "Huynh".

  • @formanyreason nan yue mean nam viet which is southern viet i knew that .

  • My family last name is Vietnamese,it's "Sầm",I would like to know what it is in Chinese, thanks.

  • @KatPianism your surname Sầm (Sam) is Vietnamese version of Cen (岑) in Chinese, this surname 岑 is really rare, though it originates thousands years ago.

  • @GreatViet Thanks for your help,my family came from China,so that's why.

  • @GreatViet Is there any way to pronounce it correctly? :)

  • @KatPianism I guess that Chinese read 岑 as Xen (Cen).

  • This clip is help me alot when i'm translate some mandarin lastname to vietnamese last name .................and it's pretty match 100%

vietnamese last name pronounce the similar to cantonese...........because the cantonese was nan Yue people ........ so they still got their own voice...which is close to ''Lac yue'' which is present vietnam ..

  • Why Vietnam? What about the rest of South-East Asia?

  • @DJVM95 The rest of Southeast Asia was strongly influenced by Indian culture called Indosphere (don't include oversea Chinese), so they don't share the same surnames with this group which is called Sinosphere. Vietnam is located in Southeast Asia and also a member of ASEAN, but the culture, lifestyle and society really belongs to East Asia.

  • OK people i don't want any CUltulre RAcist in THis video

ANyway just ENjoy the VIDeo :)

  • I know this is off the topic, but I just love the song ,sweet and romantic^^. Greeting from Chinese in Thailand who pround of sinophere side of my ancestry and indosphere side of my beloved nation.

    WORLD PEACE.

  • I hope the four countries to work together to reach more

  • @Sukudazi I don't think so, Sukudazi, we work together only 3 country :Vietnam, Korea,Japan.Conflict between China with Vietnam, Japan will never end.And Korea with Japan just start to become good friend in no long time.

  • Certainly Koreans love belonging to altaic nomadic descendants.

  • In my opinion, many koreans and japanese dislike to belong to East asian culture made by influence of chinese. On the other hand vietnamese wanna be East asian country than Southeast Asian certainly.

  • @aripoor No, in fact, we Viets do NOT wanna be East Asian or hate to be Southeast Asian. We all cannot choose parents, nation or culture. When you was born and growing up, you have the eyes to see yourself in the mirrors and you know who you look like, which culture you belong

If I were born in India, of course I would be proud of Indian culture. etc...Actually I was born in Vietnam and I'm proud to be Vietnam with the culture similar to East Asia. I can NOT choose our culture or our looking

  • @aripoor

About thriving, yes, we Viets want our economy to develop fast & become a rich country, such as Japan or Korea. It's true and I think many other countries in the world have the same targets, not only Vietnam.

  • @aripoor i don't think so, we don't want to be East Asian country than Southeast Asian. And we also don't want to like anyone, any culture. We used to have a separate and unique civilization.not like Campuchia,Thailand,Laos cuture or China,Japan,Korea culture.

  • @aripoor you think wrongly about thinking way of Vietnamese.

  • @aripoor Ohh,how true :D

  • @aripoor ?????? why u SAid That it's not true the TRue vietnamese person ''Alway dont want to be a chinese and THey really hate it'' think twice before u speak ok ?

  • @aripoor

why don't you just shut up already! How about you? Wannabe Korean?? I know you're definitely not in Korea because You-tube comment is disabled in South Korea.

  • most of south east asian countries have hindu and indian culture in them. vietnamese was a tribe from china that expanded into the hindu land of champa and took over. to which later became viet nam. before the french our ancient writing was similar to east asian writing style and vietnamese ancient clothing are very similar to east asian. vietnamese don't wish to be like or related to chinese or korean or japanese but fact is we are undeniably related in some ways.

  • Vietnamese people is seem worst to me,I really hate them in everything.they should not be a country ,it's unlucky for Cambodia to be border with vietnam.we want to stay far away from them, because they are a stealer and lier

  • @TheAmericankhmer

If I had a wish, I would make your dream come true. In fact, I and most of Viets don't want Vietnam to have border with Cambodia. I wished Vietnam to be an island on the sea like Japan. Yes, that is the kind of country I like.

And...an important thing.... we're NOT stealer and liars !

  • @GreatViet you wish Vietnam territory is island, If happening Tsunami, how will we deal? greatviet?,

  • @kevinThanh92

You're talking about natural calamity, any countries in this world cannot prevent natural calamity absolutely. If Vietnam territory was island, we would have experience to prevent the problems from natural calamity such as Tsunami, earthquake, etc.... I'm talking about adaptation, Japanese now have experience to live with earthquake.

Anyway, it's just a supposition, actually Vietnam is a country in Asian mainland !

  • @SNSDTVgeneration

Your story is NOT true, I have never heard about that bullshits, so I deleted it. What's wrong ? You're like many other racists. I have no time for your bullshits. Ok ?

  • @SNSDTVgeneration

Okay, I will publish your comment once it's verified successfully. Now I have no time for this issue. Thanks

  • WAT IS UR LAST NAME IN HERE IF u ARE A korea jap china or vietnam EXPECT those other country. lol ..

  • Speaking of Vietnamese surnames, there was a vietnamese prince Lý Long Tường who escaped to korea along with 1000s of followers (goryeo dynasty) from vietnam when Ly dynasty collapsed. Upon his arrival, he was immediatly promoted to a general rank by the Korean king. He took part in fighting against the mongols invasion, and his descendants still live today (Hwansan Lee). Koreans and Viets were hellfighters. I don't think Any nation lasted against the mongols as long as vietnamese and Koreans.

  • Although it is not well known even in Korea, I would say Vietnamese has a big role in Korea during the mongolian invasions. The best quality Korean traditional bows are made with water buffalo horn only found in vietnam. Alot of Koreans are probably related to Vietnamese, because 6000 vietnamese coming to Korea is not a small number. Prince Ly, (known as the white horse general) was an awesome fighter, winning key victories against mongols, side by side with Korean generals.

  • @stabdaback Yeah. I'm a Korean who was born in Korea an educated in Korea, and I've heard of that story before. Maybe it's something to be proud of in Vietnam to remember this Vietnamese prince who was treated so well in Korea, but we Koreans don't even think about that in everyday lives. For us, it's just a little piece of information that's written in the history book. No one really cares about it. This is probably my very first time ever talking about it too.

  • @ho9pkins True. people in everyday life now left the history behind and go ahead together as one world, no culltural boundaries among us . they dont care about cultue or race or difference in language or geographical boundaries anymore. But one thing left is capitalism that is all we care and we coud'nt deny it.

People like other people becos of their ability to earn and their economic power, not just becos they are in the same culture.

  • @ho9pkins I think story of Ly Long Tuong is for friendship of Viets & Korean. The biography of prince Ly Long Tuong was NOT clearly written in Vietnam history books, we even did NOT know about our prince until some Korean professors published the research of Hwasan Lee descendants & after that some Lee descendants go back to Vietnam and visit fatherland

We're proud of our prince, but LIKE Koreans, we do NOT think about that stories in everyday lives. Many other issues is more important with us.

  • haha my surname is last on the list

  • @xxUpxxUpxxUp I know what you mean. Vietnamese ppl are exotic. They have big eyes and darker skin compared to North Asians. However, Vietnamese ppl who live in Japan have as light skin as Japanese ppl. So I think that Vietnamese ppl who have dark skin are just tanned people by strong tropical sun.

  • @mitsubishi777: Yes, you're completely right, in fact, Viets is light-skinned but the weather is too hot & very strong tropical sun in Vietnam, so some Viets look dark, especially poor ones. Nowaday, many Vietnamese become richer and they can care their skin much more. The Vietnamese who is living outside of Vietnam such as America, Europe, Japan, or any temperate or frigid zones have light-skin naturally, therefore many ones think they're from China, Japan or Korea.

  • @mitsubishi777

Northern viets usually have pale skin, southern tend to be tanned.

im a southern & northern viet, i grew up in th UK,not exotic is it?

    & i have a slight tanned skin.

  • @mitsubishi777 uh huh ... depend how long u go out side in vietnam.. if u alway stay at home and u are pretty white.

  • @mitsubishi777 vietnamese (original which is the north ) have two type of people

which is big eye and small eye ...

however if u want to know more how true viet look like and look at the north of vietname don't look at the south because they has been mixed alot with other nation ...

  • @mitsubishi777 you know original vietnamese are white skin .

well viet get tanner because of the sun not of the blood of culture so don't miss understand :)

  • @se2cond OK. You're right.

  • @bright899

Sorry, knowledge is knowledge, sometimes it does not help you make money but it's knowledge. You go around YouTube and say your bullshits, do you think it helps you make money ? Too bad !

When we share this video, we just talk about us with true and once again we do NOT look down on anyones.

We don't care Chinese in Thailand or Thai in China, ok ? So don't need to talk us about them !

  • @bright899

I do NOT care you're Thai or Chinese and do NOT look down on any cultures, you are thinking about what you imagine. Was I wrong when I said that Thailand did not have any wars but still bad ? I could see that Thais are really talkative about Viets' issue why remaining Southeast Asian people does NOT. Don't need to teach us what to do, what you need to do is solving your Thailand problems. Ok ?

  • @GreatViet

It was made that way by the system supported by the US.

  • @bright899 Who cares ? Yes, you care. If you had not cared about this, you would not write your stupid comment here. Yes, many ones in this world think about Vietnam as South East Asian Country but they don't know that Vietnam have culture that completely does NOT belong to South East Asia. And this video is just for education purpose. So what wrong with you ???

  • @kevinThanh92 wat te fuck last time u square Shit to me how come this time is ok thank you ?

  • @se2cond Yue what's it mean?, this is the fisrt time i have heard.

  • @kevinThanh92 YUE. is just pronounce for VIET. like vietnam is YUenan for english people so they can read it

  • @se2cond I agree with you. Vietnam is culturally east asian but geographically we are southeast asian but we don't look like east asian or southeast asian. We should be called MIDDLE EAST ASIAN. I mean middle east ASIAN not the middle east like the arabics/ arabians.

  • Not only similarities in name, as I know, they are similar in language: word "Ma" mean "Horse or Ghost" Long-Dragon,Kam Tu-not fear the death, Gook-Nation,Han Gook-Korea, Chung Gook and Chung Hoa mean China, ilia Pon-Japan also mean the Sun,Vietnam-Viet,Hwang-queen,Hac Sinh-student,Hon Kun-stupid king,Hoa-flower, Mi Kuc mean American,Kwang-light,Hoa Hac-Chemical

    many other words......

    who can explain about this?

  • @kevinThanh92 As I said before, Vietnam, Japan, Korea & China have many similarities and they all use Chinese characters in past, there are many loan words, so I'm not surprised that they have many similar words with similar pronounce. They are in one group called Sinosphere or East Asian Culture.

  • @GreatViet thank you GreatViet, i think nobody know more about this.

  • @GreatViet You may be right. However, Samuel Phillips Huntington who was a very famous American political scientist said that Japan had not belonged to Chinese(Confucian) civilization. He said that Japan had belonged to Japanese civilization which had been unique to Japan. Although Japanese ppl are still using Chinese characters, I think he is right.

  • @009theo where the fuck did you get that from? What kind of drugs are you on? Can i have some too?

  • I am Chinese (from the north), and I agree that the Vietnamese are from the East Asian Branch, not south east. They migrated from Southern part of China (below the Yangtze) thousands of years ago. Sadly, a lot of Cantonese dickweeds don't admit this. There are archaeological and genetic evidence to prove this. If those who don't believe, they can go and f*** themselves. Good night.

  • @fuckwhiteboy89 Everything is from China...Michael Jackson is from China.

  • @fuckwhiteboy89 yea south of YANGTZE river are the place where ( BAI YUE/ VIET ) people live. some how the history has change it. HAN people forced those YUE/VIet people and turn them in to '' HAN '' :((

and now only vietnam are left ( which is LAc viet and AU viet people )

i think they should teach that in china about the viet people in south of YAngtze river. so the southern chinese today can understand who they are . and wat blood they carry

  • Hmmm. There's a difference between the characters. Korean has a lot of circles. The only way I can tell Japanese from Chinese is if there are simpler Japanese characters mixed in with the harder characters.

  • Wonderful, a coincidence or a reference?, I see the word "horse" in all four countries the language is pronounced "Ma", the word "Ma" was written by two characters

  • @kevinThanh92

Four countries above have shared the same culture called East Asian Culture or Sinosphere, they have many many similar traditional values. Culturally they're in one group, SO IT'S A REFERENCE FOR SURE, NOT COINCIDENCE.
