I have this same lock for my PE locker and I can open that lock even if I dont finish putting in the code and sometimes, if its giving me problems and doesnt want to open, I just jerk on it real hard and it opens up.

why it wont work on a brand new lock is cuz it hasnt been opened a bunch of times (or broken in) the reason the dude on this vid was able to do so well is cuz he had already used or opened that lock alot of times b 4 making this vid thus making it easier to open...its the same deal with pad locks! remember the more the lock has been used the easier it is to pick!
