@takineko i agree, i try to see as many films with him in it, my favourite is cabaret, with him as emcee. OMFG he was amazingi was absolutly glued to the computer screen

i went to seee burlesque last night just to see alan, and squeeled when he was on screen =P my friends were anoyed lol

he deserves a freaking oscar, i agree he needs more leading roles , like in the comedy series the high life. i laughed so hard i cried =)

@takineko cabaret was good, i was gobsmaked at his performance in three peny opera, but my favourite is him playing sebastian a flight attendent from the series the high life. so funny i recoment you see it if you havent. as for the oscar idk i think he was nominated? he should so win

@takineko - Cabaret is really NOT overly sexual or violent. Of course; this is coming from someone who has NEVER felt the need to censor myself from movies...but compared to most things; there is really nothing terribly risque about Cabaret, especially in the context of Broadway musicals.

He's Bi. Or "pansexual" as he puts it. Basically he loves without caring what's in their pants. He loves a person for a person. Regardless of gender. He does happen to be married to a man but he is not gay. :)

@ceesayssorry - Alan's one of the few people I can look up to in Hollywood because of this. He's seriously the only actor I know that is just unapologetically pansexual and not just doing it for the attention/media exposure. He's just comfortable with himself.
