Californication - Theme Song - Hank's Theme

So, I hear a tune in Californication every now and then through the episodes but I cannot find which one is it. Obviously it's not the main theme. If it helps, it is heard just before Mia's book signing starts in 03x12, at about 00:09:20. Help please! Shazam doesn't help, music plays for too little time.

It just really seems to me like a tune that desperately wants to relax, and makes you want to relax; but almost jumps out of its skin at every turn, bump, or shadow, and makes you want to do the same.

For me, it's really the guitar that provides most of the anxiety, particularly at the beginning.

The pace of the drums doesn't really help in context because it's quite manic, and as you mentioned, the whistling.

Essentially the bass is the only "chill" part of the song.
