Paul is some 20 points (and more) behind the frontrunners in EVERY polls! He has ZERO chance of winning the nomination. Does he have an impact? Sure. Will he even come close to winning? Not a chance. Those are the realities of situation.
That is because the polls are fixed, you have ZERO chance of convincing me that the CFR will be in control of the United States. There needs to be a revolution in this country, I can only hope that it is a bloodless revolution, but I can't promise anything.
Your window must be blacked out. Ron Paul wins almost every post election debate poll and straw poll. The only ones he's behind in are phone polls because most of his supporters either haven't previously voted in a republican primary or don't have land lines. Of the 60 or so Ron Paul supporters I know, all but 2 fit into this category including me. But hey, if skewed polls reinforce your skewed perception of reality, then stand by them.
I think Paul's message is great. Hell, outside of his platform on Iraq, I agree with on most issues. However, I just don't see him getting the number of votes needed to win primaries. In addition, I wouldn't label Paul as a "Reagan Republican". JMO

Columbus, I served two tours in Iraq. Having seen the situation first hand, I believe we are making a difference there. Its because of this one issue I cannot vote for Paul. Like I've stated before, he's a stand-up man, probably true to his word, however, he's dead wrong on Iraq.

But Paul's argument is that whether or not we succeed (and there are various ways of determining success), the war was unnecessary and conducted under false pretenses. What we should all do is buy a stamp that says Ron Paul for President and stamp every paper currency that goes through our hands. If you want to get the word out then what better way than currency which constantly changes hands. A nice slap in the face for the Federal Reserve lol. Paul is some 20 points (and more) behind the frontrunners in EVERY polls! He has ZERO chance of winning the nomination. Does he have an impact? Sure. Will he even come close to winning? Not a chance. Those are the realities of situation.

Your window must be blacked out. Ron Paul wins almost every post election debate poll and straw poll. The only ones he's behind in are phone polls because most of his supporters either haven't previously voted in a republican primary or don't have land lines. Of the 60 or so Ron Paul supporters I know, all but 2 fit into this category including me. But hey, if skewed polls reinforce your skewed perception of reality, then stand by them.

I think Paul's message is great. Hell, outside of his platform on Iraq, I agree with on most issues. However, I just don't see him getting the number of votes needed to win primaries. In addition, I wouldn't label Paul as a "Reagan Republican". JMO

Columbus, I served two tours in Iraq. Having seen the situation first hand, I believe we are making a difference there. Its because of this one issue I cannot vote for Paul. Like I've stated before, he's a stand-up man, probably true to his word, however, he's dead wrong on Iraq.

I'm not saying you are not making a difference. And I'm sure in many respects we can read that difference as being positive. But Paul's argument is that whether or not we succeed (and there are various ways of determining success), the war was unnecessary and conducted under false pretenses. I ask you kindly to type in the YouTube search engine "Buried 60 Minutes Interview," which shows just how dishonest our adminstration has been with regard to Iraq.

I like Ron, I think he's heart is genuine, however, he's dead wrong on Iraq (among several other foreign policy issues). I served 2 tours there and he knows not what he talks about.
As for being a denier. The only thing I deny these days are beliefs Ron is even close to being our Commander-In-Chief. Nope, time will be the real truth, Mr. Paul doesn't have a prayer of being the Republican Presidential candidate in 2008.

All that negative rhetoric isnt going to change someones mind. Ron is polling low but his polls and support are growing. Ron does have a ground swell of support, but our boy will need that swell to continue to rise if he has a chance of winning and zealots like yourselves are helping to get the word out, and thats good. Just do it with a little more tact, so we dont alienate any potential converts.
