They were hot,sweet and very very sticky. Joan was my pin up at the time, but most of the guys liked Lita and why I never really worked out. YEAH RIGHT. I ended up marrying my own Joan Jet whom I met in London and have loved ever since. They were a great band. bless em. Not appreciated much. Too loud and dangerous.

@iLoVeRpAtTz7720 Joan is playing a blond Gibson Les Paul Deluxe with reversed pickups. The other guitar Joan used most of her career as a second guitar is a white Gibson Melody Maker double-cutaway.

Nowadays she uses her own black Signature Melody Maker that Gibson made in honor of her, which also has reversed pickups that were copied from the original Gibson she bought when she was in the Runaways.

You can buy a Joan Jett Signature Melody Maker from Gibson online.
