I don't usually bother about getting the Belt Pouch.

From 6 of those runs I got...

2 Black Dyes, 1 White Dye, 3 Purple Dyes, 4 Red Dyes, 8 Blue Dyes!

In all honesty, I have no Idea. I stopped playing Guildwars long ago.

But I would say you don't have much of a chance farming anything good till you're level 20.

But things might have changed since I quit.
