  • where was this? i have been looking for caves and this might be a place i'd like to go.

  • @mandyfoster6 This is a cave for very experienced cavers only. Caving can be a dangerous activity, if you are interested in exploring caves please join a caving club so you can enjoy a safe introduction to this sport.

  • o mg ,i couldn't do that

  • Hard work, but the end justifies the means as the cave has some of the most pristine stal (not surprising really) in Wales. Love to see the final video and live again my caving days through your eyes.

  • Takdes me back.; I was with the Cave Diving Group when at Bristol Uni and a large group of us plus sherpas arrived to dive this cave only to find the entrance sump merely a duck! The long narrow squeeze we called the 'cave of a thousand pressups' as the keyhole slot precluded dragging yourself along. That plus the notorious corkscrew made it one of my lesst favourite but most reqarding caves. Don't think I could do it now as carry a few extra kilos haha.

  • @Drgrumps1 This was our second visit. After the first trip about ten years previously we vowed never to go back again, but then decided to do just one more trip to take the photos and video. We now have to go back just one more time to photograph the final river chamber! Bugger.

  • Kudos to the footage/video. I really liked the combination of stills and video together with the music.

  • @MrTobbedj Thanks for your feedback. This was a difficult video to make. Some of the video I took on the way out had to be scrapped because I was so cold I could not stop my hand from shaking.

  • I just don't understand the attraction of this.

  • @whitbyjet65 You must have been curious to watch the video. I agree it's not for everyone, but the thrill of going places that very few others have ever been is one of the things that drives me to do it.

  • @dcrtuk Yes I'm curious but curiosity doesn't mean I actually want to do it. It's probably more of a morbid curiosity. I'm not being critical, I just can't imagine experiencing anything but worry and panic doing this. Good luck anyway & stay safe.

  • @dcrtuk Couldn't have said it better myself. Caving Rules!

  • Fantastic footage and editing! not easy underground!

  • Really well put together filming and editing. Very engaging :o)
