I know I'm not the only one who is thinking, "what the HELL is wrong with that back-up officer?!" She just does nothing while her partner is on the ground fighting. Frankly, she is a danger to herself and others. Thankfully for him, other officers showed up that can handle business. Anyone who thinks this is police brutality is just plain ignorant.
