Mr Gordon Gano is a Godsend to me. For countless hours I have immersed my soul in the torrid waters of his music. An answer to my deepest prayers. I love the sheer vanity of this song. The desperation in the tongue in cheek style of lyrics. Just when I thought he couldn't write a better song he comes up with true gems like FAT. I often think of God the Father when I hear it.
