@MrHagarenViper That's good. I guess it depends on the anime. I've watched plenty of Funimation and Bandai dubs which range from really good to really bad, so I guess it's the same with Sentai.
@Zalis116 that part was just off to watch. Writing gags into serious moments just makes for really weird, off putting outcomes. I mean in that scene where that one chick was delivering the message about the 14 year old kid dying, she sounded like some disinterested gossiper but her facial expression was serious and then she started crying like she really did care. See how trying to force a gag in didn't work Steven Foster? My god, why did he even take on this project if he obviously didn't care?
Maybe I'd feel differently about the live/shame line if I'd seen the show. Out of context, I just found it to be a uniquely English phrasing that felt fresher than whatever cookie-cutter Japanese dialogue was in there originally (or a literal/standard translation thereof). But I will agree that a lot of the dub lines in this vid did feel wrong and/or clashed with the tone & visuals of the scenes. Including the message delivery scene.

After having viewed the dub, I can also confirm that these scenes are not outtakes included among the disc's extras. These are the actual performances taken straight from the main feature.
All things considered, at least the voice actors here can actually ACT (even if they do confuse one emotion with another) unlike the infamous actors from that Chaos Wars game.
I have watched this show, and there are a LOT of scenes where, the voice actor stops talking, but the animation keeps going. And one scene, with the minstrel guy, when he doesn't
