I dont see how smoking weed makes you retarded, its just a sedative, this dude was either raised dum or did it for fun, I would think the second one. Btw not only weed should be legal but any plant, substance or object out there, pointing the criminal at actions against others freedom like for example what the cops do in this very "developed" society: steal your drugs, your money and put you in jail with a good chance of getting butt rapped.

@evilnrok im not sure if weed makes you stupid, but if you look at the demographics people who smoke weed, they dont tend to be very smart people in the first place, but i definitely agree that weed should be legalized, not cause i would smoke it because i know better than to purposefully introduce a mutagen into my body, but just for the fact that it would greatly decrease crime rates
