My favorite dish growing up was Raclette, and I still love it! It's important, of course, to have a good Swiss Raclette cheese.

i just made it its prety good but i didnt have his cheese so i used chedar jak and fetta fetta doesnt melt right and doesnt taste all that great but the chedar jak was awsome

Great video! We have a raclette grill already and can't believe it's not more popular in the US. We learned about it from our friends in Germany.
Anyway, how long do you steam the potatoes? We've only used boiled, but the rice cooker seems like a great idea!
