  • Beautiful xx

  • We are so beautiful!!!

  • @menlovemyhairyclit Grow up. -.-

  • I wish I had longer hair. I would wear a long cute afro and decorate it with flowers and jewels :D

  • @DaimaouGirl I'm grateful with the features God gave me :)

  • Everyone looks better with their natural hair. This includes non Black women who have been made to feel ashamed of their textured hair too. A blanket statement, but true every time!

  • I'm rockin 0:51 hairstyle tommorrow !

  • 0:28 is soo pretty. Lauren Hill has always been gorgeoussss

  • Beautiful women! I love watching these videos! They motivate me to care for my hair and show it off even more than I do now

  • Beautiful black women as is myself, lol.

  • @CrimsoniteThief BOOOOOOO!!!!!

  • @CrimsoniteThief . Not so. Straight hair is only one variation of beautiful hair. Learn to appreciate and embrace all forms of beauty. I have seen too many beautiful Black women with fake straight hair. It looks awful no matter what anyone says.

  • @CrimsoniteThief I think you're on the wrong page and video? So go to the 'soft straight hair' video page with your comments and preferences then.

  • @CrimsoniteThief hmm I disagree, straight hair gets really boring after awhile because there's not much to do with it. Straight hair is dull and boring and, not to mention, limp. Naturally curly hair is full and vibrant and very fun. It's a style all on its own. Natural hair is also versatile too, which is one of the reasons why I went natural.

  • @menlovemyhairyclit you'd be lucky to make it to that age hon.....

  • @menlovemyhairyclit omgod you are SUCH a hater . quite the biggest id ever seen

  • @menlovemyhairyclit and! and you have EVER touched a black womans hair that IS natural, it is UNBELIEVEABLY SOFT. let me tell you,i am natural and not even MY pubs are this volumned and full . AND if your pubs DO look like this, youre fucking blessed. i would never shave if that was the case.

  • @menlovemyhairyclit na youre just being a hater. give me a picture where pubs look like that. ive watched a ton of videos and never seen anyones crotch have hair like that. youre just a chink with greasy hair.

  • Black women are beautiful and especially with natural hair!

  • Mizani has a Great Blow Out Video using their Supreme Oil - type Supreme Oil in Action - Coats to Protect from Damage - Great for Natural Hair and Flat Irons.

  • @DaimaouGirl You are so right. I'm so happy to be natural.

  • @menlovemyhairyclit Because people like you will never see the ones on their vajayjay's...

  • @sexxyperv You better say it!

  • @azcapers: It looks like a twist-out style. You basically just twist your hair in medium to large twists ( I recommend using coconut oil along with EcoStyler natural gel for all hair types) and leave them twisted for at least 4 or 5 days to a week then let them loose (twist out). Or if you don't wanna wait that long, wet twist your hair using the EcoStyler then sit under a hair dryer for about 45min to an hour, undo the twists gently.

  • does anybody know how to get style 1:01? I would love to do this to my hair but i have no way of going about this. If you could provide some insight that would be extremely helpful

  • people keep saying love ur naturalair and i soooo do but nobody's showing any videos on how to do the reallyy grea hair styles like th curly afro for natural hair not procesed hair

  • Hi, thanks to you and everyone else for responding! So if I understand correctly from you all, It is possible for most black women to wear their hair like 1:41 if they want to? Only you have to style it, just like people with straigh hair have to style their hair by combing it and use hairspray and things of the sort? (But you don't need chemicals like relaxers or whatever to get it from 0:44 to 1:41?) And some people naturally have it closer to 1:41? Thank you guys,

  • I abseloutly love this vid

  • Hi, I'm a white guy and I was wondering if the diffrence between something like 0:44 and something like 1:41 is in the way it is styled or in the way the womans hair grows naturaly?

  • @tuigleven - It depends on the person's hair. Black people have very wide variety of textures, so there are some of us that have hair that is naturally like 0:44 (although most of us do have to deliberately comb or pick the hair out to achieve this style) and others that have hair that is naturally like 1:41. Some of us have to style to get our hair like the first photo, and others have to style it to get it like the second.

  • @tuigleven it's probably the way it grows naturally

  • @tuigleven sometimes yes and somtimes no. there are ways to stretch the hair out like twist outs then there are ways to keep it like 0:44 by just leaving it alone. but some black people do have tighter curls then others so sometimes you really cant tell

  • Comment removed

  • @tuigleven I think they have grown their hair natural the one on 141 just twist them and let them out and the one at second 44 just combed her afro out

  • I honestly don't understand the negative stigma against afro textured hair. I have it (wore a relaxer due to since I was a kid type deal), but I recently cut off my hair, and am going natural. I love it, even with barely any hair right now. And you know, I get noticed a lot from men, and women. haha.

    Afro hair is awesome looking.

  • I love my natural hair

  • This is an inspirational video for those of us transitioning too!

  • ladies no. 2 and 3 are NOT NATURALS!! they're wigs. The sistas are actresses from Nigeria and so am I so i know!

  • Damn we black women are soo beautiful and our natural hair need I say more??? OK then, we are to be proud of ourselves. We need to embrace this, then and only then can we be truly happy and not feel that we need to conform to society and its misleading ideas about us!

  • 1:04 and 1:32 were nice the rest ehh...

  • Lauren Hill use to be sooo beautiful.

  • The two little girls in the beginning are just adorable.

  • @DaimaouGirl That is sooo true! I thought it was only me. We have well shaped everything. I do realize that when I do wear my natural hair unstraightened my features pop out!

  • those hair styles are really cool

  • @DaimaouGirl... AMEN!!! iLOVE rocking my hair natural &embracing the natural beauty that GOD gave me. YES we as BLACK women are BEAUTiFUL. &wearing our natural hair does accentuate our BeaUtiful natural features while straight hides its; ive experienced that myself. iSaw a difference in me when iStopped pressing my hair: iLooked younger &my natural beauty was shining from the inside out. JESUS is the reason iMade the transition... so iCould just love the REAL me. GOD BLESS :D

  • You DO have a point!

  • So encouraging and inspiring - I did the BC 5/2009 and this brings me nothing but joy to see our black women embrace their God given beauty!!!! Magnificent

  • ive never really thought about it that way befor, but i have noticed how certain fake straight styles dont flatter black women the way locs and other natrual styles do..

  • Being natural is the epitome of beauty!! Its so diverse!!

  • Thank GOD for this video! I was seriusly running out of styles!

  • It's all about the fro!!!

  • So glamorous!

  • BEAUTIFUL I LOVE THE STYLES!! ;)

  • i want go natural sooo much but im scared of being made fun of at school. Im sensitive lol

  • omgg me tooo! XP

  • I just can't help but wonder why did we let relaxers become like one of out biggest needs....

we're beautiful the way we are!

  • I understand. I was that way too. But you'll be surprised how many people love your hair. I'm not sure how old you are but I've seen a lot of young ladies ( 13 and up) sporting natural hair. Twist seem to be very popular. You could wait until you've achieve a good amount of length before cutting off your permed ends. That way you'll have more styling options.

Transition is the hardest period. Your hair can start to look rough. But again you can do twist and roller sets and flat ironing.

  • Good idea. I'm seventeen by the way. Right now i just wear my hair as usual. When the new growth gets too thick to comb through, I will have to ask my dad to get hair braided. The weird thing is that the middle section of my head grows the fastest while the front and back shows very little new growth coming in. What could be the cause???

  • Certain areas of your hair grow faster than the others. That's all. Be patient. As long as you're healthy and have not experienced any excessive hair loss before your transition, you are fine. Going natural does not take it out or inhibit growth.

  • yay! :3

  • Gurl you have to woman up.

You shouldn't have to sacrifice part of yourself just to meet other people's needs.

My father nor my mother likes my natural hair [they're brainwashed].lol

They know not to say anything about my hair unless it's positive, they've tried to convince me constantly but I love my natural hair.

  • you're right for sure! I've always been the type that put others before me. And lately doing so has taking a turn for the worst. I learned that when you're so busy being there for others, you'll forget how to be there for yourself! But don't worry I'm not giving up!

  • Girl, don't worry about what the other ppl think at school. I'm sensitive too and I've just started goin natural. Ppl might find natural hair weird because it's different, but it's BEAUTIFUL! Make a statement, let others see ur beautiful hair.

    They'll like it, trust me.

    God Bless

  • Thank you and god bless you too.

  • Girl at 1:31 how did she get her hair like that ???HELP

  • the hairstyle at 0:37, anyone know the oclor of the dye, is it light brown? i want to dye my hair that color

  • Exquisite!

  • That was beautiful. Shout out to Angie Upton. Not sure if that was intentional or not but she's been essential in the blossoming of natural hair care. Good to see her among all the other natural beauty queens.

  • i have hair like the woman in the first pic when I don't cut it.

  • i am sick of hearing always the same statements such as "beautiful women with natural hair" =S i mean, we all know beauty is not only a question of having straight hair or not (fortunately!!) !!YES THESE WOMEN ARE DEFINITELY BEAUUUUTIFULL

  • There is a must read book for the hairstylist coming out of school called "From the bowl to the chair" a must read for 9.95

  • That's a very presumptuous statement. Most of the pics seem to be natural - in both texture and colour. I think that's the thing about having natural hair, there's no set way for it to look - it's going to do whatever it wants.

I think this was a great video for what the poster said it would be "Women with natural hair".

  • it isn't presumptuous. rita dominic and genevieve naji are in this video. they are nigerian actresses. i am nigerian and i watch lots of their films. their hair is not as long as it is in this vid. the texture and colors might be their's, but they weren't born with the actual hair. that is what i mean by 'half of these styles aren't natural".

  • The texture of the hair is natural to black women. Even if u used kinky afro hair extentions, u are still embracing the natural texture & wave pattern of ur own hair, not using straight european styles & mimicking theirs. That is an embracing of a typically afro-kinky natural hairstyle. When white women have extentions it mimics the straight texture of their own for example, black women can do the same, & have pride in a naturally kinky style, it doesn't necessarily have to be real.

  • well...u are telling the truth

  • Beautiful!!!

  • Wow, all this women are soo beautiful :) i love this natural afro hair style!

  • OOOH, I love 133. Beautiful indeed...

  • The lady at 1:11 with the locs is absolutely gorgeoous and the hair works sooooo well for her-almost makes me want to oc up early...but I will be strong and resist lol

  • That's the singer, Goapele. She's very talented also.
