@Jelloxox Do you even know what an English bull dog is? They are short and very stocky with a fat wrinkled appearance by nature(these were added to the breed on purpose to make them better fighters). His "sinus congestion" is just how the his breed is , its called being brachycephalic, gulping for air is perfectly normal for the breed, its one of the reasons they fart so often, they tend to swallow a lot of air.
