Amy Bosley is arguably the biggest idiot ever convicted of murder in this history of the United States, although Wendi Andriano is right up there in stupidity. If she had been a smart embezzler, she'd have taken the money and left the country when the IRS started putting the heat. But not her. She thought it was better to be a murderer than to be an embezzler and tax cheat.
The grandparents sold their own son's legacy out, and the Court allowed for it. Unbelievable. Fact is, murder is a crime against the State, not just a person. The prosecutors treated this like a civil trial, caving to family requests instead of seeking justice for the People. This murder was premeditated, and involved special circumstances. Bosley should have been charged with capital murder. Instead, she'll be out before she's 60, free to kill again. The judge and DA's failed the People here.

Bob was a likeable guy, but as I've said, he was never too deep academically and that usually led to one way conversations, of course about him and his toys. My last encounter with Bob was a 10 minute diatribe about his new single engine Cessna and taking me up for skydiving, since I am a USPA insructor. If I had ask him about the state of national political affairs, he would have been lost and blind without a cane. Tenth on the deal team, last to know kinda thing.
