Your dad said to me at the Barbican that your breakdancing is not exactly as sublime as your violin playing, but you look very cool doing it anyway. Wow, your piano playing is pretty awesome too!!! Best of luck to the competition in Oslo. I understand that only 20 people were invited to compete in the Junior section. You are getting global recognition kiddo. You seem to have a very good rapport with your teacher here. The squeal of joy you gave at 0:50 was from the soul!!!

I work with this child's grandmother Helen Province at a nursing home called Luther Manor in Dubuque, Iowa. He visits about once a year and plays for the residents. He's amazing. An absolutey wonderful spirit!

This kid is so great. My wife knows his dad through an online photo site they both belong to. That's how we found out about Michael. He is so talented but so normal at the same time. Besides violin and piano he also studies ballet. His talent is awesome - then add his personality, and looks, and how can he not be successful? We will be first in line for his first CD!

I watched you play on Oprah and I was amazed. I am a 14 year old I have played the violin for 7 months still a beginner. When I was watching you, you had that determined look and it gave me goose bumps! I have never seen someone play so beautifuly, you zoomed from 7th position to 5th and you were all over the place! You have a wonderful future ahead of you and I wish you the best of luck. Keep playing :)

I watched when you played on Oprah and I was just amazed. I am 14 years old and I was in awe. I do play the violin, only for about 7 months but I was inspired so much. You had that determined look and it gave me goose bumps! I had never seen someone play so beautifuly. You zoomed from 7th position to 5th and to 1st and I was just amazed.
