they probably just got a pipe and put baking soda and vinager in a bottle and shook the bottle and then its so presurized that the bottle blows up and because it is in a pipe the only way it could go was forward, that is why the guy was leaning against the wall

just take a chlorene bomb and put in in a tube all you do is take a chlorine pool puck break it up and add rubbing alchol and close the lid tight and put it in the tube with one end closed. its very loud

its called a heater pack...you mix it with water and heat just starts commin..so you put it in a inclosed space(like a bottle) and it will expand and explode
