I have to disagree with some of you. I actually think and find this version the most accurate. And I like the piranhas sounds. I just wish this wasbt so damn fast so i can see what the hell is going on, and i could possibly do it myself haha. I like this version the best!

The substance, which is the notes and their length/volume, is awesome and quite perfect, but it's sad that there's some little instruments issues that sighly tone it down.

A lot of the instruments are well chosen and are accurate in sound, but the gameboys in particular really make the song less soft and more aggresive.

Still, even if it doesn't sound awesomet, it's a great and polished composition. Nice work!

Wow... 43 files. That has to be a record of some sort... and I quite like how many parts used the Low A glitch to great effect - I'm positive I heard some Yoshis/babyfaces in there, just stopped very fast so it was just a partial sound.

The sound is more full and he uses a much greater instrument variety. Newageretrogamer didn't use very many instruments at a time. This one sounds more like the quality you'd hear in the game itself.

@finstahy: NewAgeRetroGamer didn't use many instruments at a time due to the five note limit

desseler decided to use dickspeed to by pass the limit but just filled out the guitar chords and added in some background instruments that couldn't fit under a low tempo

neither sound like the quality you'd hear in the game itself - the only way you could do that is with a custom soundfont

with that said, despite desseler's full guitar chords etc., I like NAWG's more due to its better instrumentation

by my count they used about the same number, just in different ways

NAWG's also has superior percussion and dynamics IMO
