I have googled grace jones and lady gaga, and I can't see any outfits that look the same... Just google "Grace Jones Lady Gaga comparison" and see what I mean for yourself. There are some outfits that look a little similar, but not even close to stealing. All I see is inspiration.

Further more the fact that Rosin and Pam Hogg took inspiration from these two artists as well as Grace Jones, Adam Ant and clearly Cher, Liberace and many others shows that they did the same things as Gaga they just took inspiration and made it their own. Also many other artists such as Siouxsie Sioux have similarities to Bozzio and Hogg but I don't see you calling them rip offs.

Further more I have seen Roisin wearing similar space ageish gear and one silver ensemble similar to Dale's. I have even seen looks that were Lauperesque and Bowieesque. Gaga has molded the Avant Garde style to something that is her own in the same way as the artists you mention. She took inspiration from previous styles and made it her own. Which I have seen similar things that Rosin has worn to things that Dale has worn, I have seen similar things that Dale has worn to what Grace has worn. I have seen these artists wear similar things to artists that were their comtemporaries as well as artists who came way before them.

She did not take anything from Roisin at best they had similar ideas, vague ones at that and all were coincidence. She did not take anything from her at all in their meeting they both have very different looks with small similarities and I have seen just as much similarities with Roisin and many other people. Notn just even musicians but models and many older looks. So if Gaga is a rip off then so is Roisin

You say that Gaga is a rip off because they have similar weird styles to other artists which before you said you did not say but are now backtracking but these same artists did not invent the styles the had but took inspiration from other sources and made it their own.

Gaga has admitted many old and new people who inspired her. My perception of similarity is right your's however that if Gaga or an artist you don't like wears an outfit similar to another it is a rip off but if your precious stars that you love do the same it is inspiration.

Roisin has had many looks that Bowie has had and I never said that Gaga does not have looks similar to Roisin but they are vaguely similar and not "exactly the same" as you say. Next Roisin has gone through many looks and all I have seen before with other people.

Further more all artists have seen things that other artists have done and have taken inspiration and made them their own. The fact that you think your precious heroes does not do it or that they were the first to do things like having weird shoes or multi color hair proves how ignorant you are of the industry as well as art through history. You accuse Gaga of ripping off these other artists just because they have a style or look that is similar to them. However you don't consider these same artists who have similar outfits and looks to artists around them and artists that predate them such as Dale and Rosins's very new wave and space agey attire or the fact that Isabella was not the first person to have weird shoes and the fact that muli color and magenta hair was done way before Dale Bozzio was a trinkle in her mother's eye.

When Gaga does these things she is a rip off but when the artists you love take inspiration in the same way as I have demonstrated that they have done you call them original and not rip offs. The whole in your logic is so big that you and your argument have fallen into it long ago. Further more Gaga has credited many inspirations such as Cher, Elton John, Grace Jones, Bowie and many others. Further more Gaga has never ripped off nor taken anything from Roisin, Kerli or Kelis.

She just had at best vaguely similar ideas that she took in her own directions. Which I have seen things from these three women that were done by many artists before them. I have seen many women wear a head garment that Kelis wears Grace Jones being among them and this style was even around before Grace. However just because they had a similar idea and piece of clothing dosen't mean that anyone was ripped off it just means that they had similar ideas and went their own way with them.

However even Grace is not exempt from your faulty standard of originality as Liberache, Bowie, Cher and Josephine Baker had weird and avant garde styles way before Grace did so that just means that she copied off of them since they had this style way before she did. None of these people Gaga, Bozzio or Grace copied off any artist. They just took inspiration and made it there own.
