sometimes they are not lip singing sometimes on youtube the video goes faster then the audio or sometime the audio goes a bit faster then the video

Most people are capable of distinguishing live singing from lip syncing by watching their performance and listening closely. No harassment is required.

Whether or not you're capable of this rather usual skill, that's another story. However, spelling the word "know" correctly is certainly not within your realm.
