Not deadly. Easy to make. just cut the hook of a coat hanger, flat out. stretch out a fine fine steel wool. bend end of hanger around, brush with a 9v battery. and spin.

The amount of steel wool u use is all up to u, :P but its not always better to use a lot of steel wool.
