  • dont know why but i realllllllllyyyyyy like raccoons

  • lol lil robber

  • It looked as if he was feeling for loose change.LOL.

He must have wanted to buy more tuna.

  • awesome vid i love coons i wish i could that but i live in uk = no coons sadly

  • Now you'll never get rid of him

  • How'd u get it into ur house!?

  • thats good feeding raccoons human food

  • Lol now slowly carry the pan to the stove:D NOM NOM NOMM!!!

  • i think this had to have been someone's pet

  • This was a very good video. Thanks for uploading it.

  • I think God made raccoons so mindblowingly cute and clever so they'd get away with stealing for a living. well that's until european colonists started to make hats out of them in america.

  • It's not good 2 feed wildlife

  • Racoons are awesome. I've raised them and I can say they are honestly a lot of fun.

  • What a beautiful animal with its lovely, sensitive hands. So much like a human's. And the poise so full of dignity. A truly divine creation.

  • The woman feeding him is cool

  • Does it still visit?

  • racoon the asshole of the forest.....

  • Love this...

  • raccoons have rabies.

  • Hahaha Sooooo Cute !!!! especially at 2:46

  • I want to hug him :) He is very, very sweet :)

  • I'm wondering if it was once owned by ppl, it sure seemed happy

  • Aww! He's so cute!!

  • oh my gosh thats probably the cutest thing i have ever seen in my life!!!...ive never actually seen a real raccoon im not sure if we have them where i live but they look super friendly :) i too keep thinking about how its wet feet are going to get all over your couch hahaha thanks so much for sharing :)

  • I am an animal-lover and it seems the persons who shot this video are animal-lovers, as well. It was fascinating! Thank you for sharing.

  • I wonder if he knows how to play twister!! LOL!

  • SO CUTE!!!

You've definitely made me want a raccoon :) I don't think my cat would like it though!

  • That's one hungry raccoon.

  • The little cutie is lucky to have a loving neighbor like you!! God bless you!

Toward the last bits I keep worrying if it's gonna mess up your couch with it wet feet lol. . .

  • lucky i want a raccoon

but be careful if it shoes signs of rabies

fear of water, and light foaming of the mouth ect.

i would put it out of its misery

  • coons are cute yea....but when they get 2 be adults...they are tamed no more....they will bite ur ass.....get rid of them

  • Did you keep him a few more days or just set him free

  • Racoon is less likely to rip off my DVD player.

  • A racoon isn't exactly going to kill you to cater for its drug addiction. By all means, homeless people are just people, but people are dangerous.

  • What's wrong soothesayer, feeling neglected??

  • @soothsayer0 bums are more dangerous than racoons....

  • Cute, until either you or a pet gets untreatable dangerous raccoon roundworm from the sh*t he leaves in your yard.

  • They cant give you Rabies can they?

    Taimed ones i mean.

  • Anything can give you rabies, even people can give you rabies, but they have to have rabies in the first place to do that.

  • I know i got confused, I was told they carried rabies.

  • so cuteee

  • Becarefull he may bring back some freinds

  • wow that raccoon reminds me of my sister well shes sorta my sister since ive known her for a long time but were not related

  • 0:30 lol :D

  • not all raccoons are biters. granted this one doesn't seem to have been raised from infancy by humans and is therefore 100% more dangerous than a 'tamer' raccoon, but still, as long as you keep them WELL-fed and don't startle them. then bites normally stay away. raccoons are extremely intelligent, extremely curious and get along well with good people for the most part. (note: stay away from mother's with babies... or you'll end up with missing fingertips.)

  • Kool video, its really cure BUT surely u realised u let a dangerous (sometimes really crazy) little WILD animal in ur house lol?!

  • It's cute alright. But, raccoons are biting little bastards.

  • I hate raccoons they keep on eating my koi >:(

  • you're probably asking for it then if you keep your koi in your back yard.

  • Must be delicious

  • Glad he found some water at the end. What a sweet little guy. Loved how he got all comfy on the couch. :)

  • Next time offer him some water too. They have no saliva glands so they need their food to be wet!

I love racoons. Dangerous, but adorable! We have a Mama and babies living near our house!

  • next time watch the whole video. he did drink water.

  • Simply adorable. That is one of the cutest things I have ever seen. And you guys are so kind and compassionate. Do you still see him or get visits?

  • great vid I like this one, wish I had raccon as pet.

  • Lovely Racoon got great time in your home.

    Peace and unconditional love.

  • Man, those things can be dangerous when they get scared or pissed. It could have gnawed your fingers off. Cool video though.

  • let that nigga play twister!

  • haha! thats so cute!

  • Amazing andadorable. Does he still hang out in your house? Would love to see more vids of him. So lucky

  • So cute!

  • Coon's are curious animals, about just anything.

And they are exrtemely interested in shiny things, especially.

    - For some reason, the Coon is clearly thinking "I could get used to this" in the video, when laying down on the couch :'D

  • You just wish you had those guns kid.

Go back and stay playing that Counter-Strike of yours, will ya'?

  • Are racoons freely moving in the streets in the US?

  • They are wild animals and roam around freely but normally only come out at night. So usually people don't see them often. We have some in my neighborhood but I haven't seen one in years.

  • Yea, it depends on where you are, but pretty much anywhere with a lot trees has some raccoons.

  • if raccoons can learn tricks and not be little bastards I'd love to own one :3

  • they can but u got to get 1 at a very small age and even then u have to spend alot of time with it

  • he's giving the bread a shiatsu massage!

    cute raccoon

  • Awe...this is such a cute video!

  • the reason they love to destroy things is because their curious if we were animals on a alien planet and we saw something 500x our technolgy i think we would all wanna see how it works what it does and were you start it raccoons are curious they rip up stuff to look at if theres any buttons levers or anything theyre curious in how things work

  • :P hehee

  • this guy likes twister

  • very sweet:))

  • holy crap is this sweet!

  • it's a good thing this raccoon found such friendly and sweet people :D you guys are great All animal lovers are beautiful people :)

  • This is awesome! Great video! Thanks for sharing!

  • We have 9 or 10 that we feed on our back porch (see my video "friends"). A couple of them have tried to come in but I have been too afraid to let them all the way in the house - but I want to!! Your video made me smile!! Thanks!

  • So Precious! I rehab coons and when given the chance they will take anyone up on a good meal and a couch to lay on. But, they will destroy too! They are fun but not good pets for everyone, lol!

  • A lady told me about an interesting date her father had with a raccoon. One summer evening, when her father came home from work, he put on some classical music, left the back door open for a breeze and settled in his armchair to read a book. A raccoon wandered in from the garden, sat in front of the speakers and listened, hardly moving. When the music stopped, the raccoon got up and left. The next evening, the same thing happened. This went on until it got too cold to leave the door open.

  • Aww Raccoons ar cute. Especially Sly cooper

  • You know, raccoons have survival instincts. You guys think they're lives revolve around making messes and annoying the hell out of people, but of course, you're wrong. They do those things because they have to. TO SURVIVE. They see food, or prey, they go after it. Why don't you try raccoon proofing your stuff other than just killing an animal that God lovingly made. He wants EVERYONE to have a chance at life. Those raccoons kill and steal to survive. You kill them just because they bother you.

  • I would love to have one as a pet. My best friend rescued one with a broken leg a couple years ago, now it lives with her and her boyfriend and uses a litter box

  • thats sooo cool, thier such smart animals...like rats, which are also awsome!!

  • What nice people

  • I will shoot you!

  • I hope you don't cook in that pan anymore *Gag* XD

  • You suck.

  • WOW that was really cute!

I saw my first raccoon in the flesh last night outside my house. They are so bold I love em!

  • I love when Raccoons come up to my camp site. I always throw them some veggies before I go to bed.

  • Adorable! How did you get it out though?

  • Normally, I'd scold you for feeding a wild animal, but he's just so goshdarn cute!

  • they're so cute

  • next time im gonna let it in

  • Raccoons like to wash their food if they have the opportunity to. That's what it was trying to do with the bread. :)

  • nah, thats a myth. What they do if they "wash" food is they are trying to break up nuts

  • Actually, they put food in water because their paws are more sensitive when they are wet. And raccoons use their sense of touch to essentially "see" things.

  • Yeah, in my language Raccoon means "tvättbjörn" that can be translated in to "washingbear" :P

  • Loves raccoons

  • i figured they be more dangerous... 1 snuck in my house last nite & i freaked lol

  • i only like how they grab their food and put it to their mouths... like lil human dog things ; ;

  • is it safe to keep a raccoon?

  • HECKS YEA!!!! their smarter than dogs and you can teach them to use the toilet!!! NO POOP!! ;D

  • You should name him(or her) TWISTER! lol

  • hotel for him hahhahahaha

  • Thanks for sharing videos, peace and unconditional love.

  • aww.. so cute, i want one too! you're very lucky. :)

  • he knows how to cook!

  • Seems like he likes to play twister... (:

  • I think labartic is an idiot and a lier.

  • Oh!!! I want one too! What a sweet little face!! You all are so lucky!!!

  • Do raccoons even taste good?

    Regaurdless super cute animal~

Love it when they use their hands.

  • Really cute raccoon, but if your feeding him he'll come back asking for more, and soon he'll bring more raccoons and like....come scratching on your door. Not to be mean or anything, I'm just warning you. We had rabid raccoons in my neighborhood the size of a dog...it was scary.

  • XD your gonna make it fat lol

  • that is the coolest thing! it like came in and ate some bread and chilled on your couch. and at the end it fell in the water and hes like " o no, my bread!" lol :P

  • These look like smart creatures. Wait 'till they start voting...They are all over Chicago now. Some of them are huge! I can see not wanting them in your house, but who uses an assualt rifle indoors on a lillt omnivore? I've heard they can turn on you though, but what doesn't turn on you? My girlfriend turned on me...I didn't shoot her and she was much smarter than a racoon.

  • its a wild animal it might or might not turn on us

  • eh why?

  • I love it when he massages the bread!

  • Ummm...cute, but have you heard of RABIES??

    O_o

  • Not all Raccoons have rabies :P

And if it did, it'd be foaming at the mouth

  • that was really cute!! i love raccoons, they are the cutest things ever ^_^ but be careful when playing with him ^_^

  • Raccoons are "cute," but they are still wild animals, and they eventually turn vicious when they mature.

If you want a cute pet which is actually domesticated and stays tame, then get a ferret (or preferably two).

  • DOES he leave your house or stay around?

  • I had a Raccoon in my house one time and he went pee on my couch and he sat on my computer tower and he wouldnt leave! They have nasty nasty dirty little feet!

  • looks like he's gonna be a great cook =P

"BAM! add a little of this, just mix it in with this...water."

  • aw =^.^=

  • man, that racoon had a feast!haha

  • this is adorable!

  • How amazing, I'm from the U.K. so I've never even seen a Raccoon, they have such beautiful faces...and the way it uses its little hands (or is it paws?) are fascinating...

  • How cute!!!!!!

  • Oh my god! that's so freakin' adorable! and I don't use that word often... watching that video made my day, now im all warm and fussy inside.

  • This is amazing footage. They are such incredibly intelligent animals, I think their smarts should be studied.

  • I think it's touching how you kept on feeding it :). The reason he placed that bread in the water, is because they love to rinse their food. I have a large male raccoon that stops by every spring, and he is the sweetest thing in this world, not even my cats are as nice to me as he is.

So has he stopped by again?

  • Well, you have to move out now. The raccoons will own the place soon enough.

  • I had a racoon. Her mother died, and she was raised on a bottle. She would growl and throw a fit when she didn't get her way, but she was never really mean. She did insist on petting my cat, who hated her, and if she could scare someone, she would. Scare them is all she ever did, but they do steal everything...including my grandmother's false teeth. I learned quickly that racoons are cats with thumbs. They can get into everything a cat ever dreamed of!

  • why are there so many haters? Some people like raccoons and would like to keep them as pets. If you don't like that move to somewhere that don't have raccoons, such as somalia or vietnam..

  • you're a bitter, bitter person.

  • It's called soap and water. Many people keep raccoons as pets and tamed, this whole "turning" thing is during mating season, once a year.

  • if you were a readneck

  • dude , have some chicken ! kfc is just around the corner !!

  • I had a baby raccoon that I found who's mama had gotten hit by a car. I raised on a baby bottle and he was an awesome little pet...until he matured, and I made the mistake of trying to put a leash on him. I learned the hard way, these are Wild Animals and no matter how cute and friendly you think they are, they can snap right back to that instinct. He turned on me in a second, and you wouldn't believe how vicious he became, like a Wolverine or Badger! So I let him go. BE CAREFUL!!

  • Well, they say when domesticating an animal it takes 3 generations of domestication. So, I would have understood that.

  • I like racoons very much!^^

  • it's sooo cute!! AHH I want one haha

lol i love these little raccoons XD

  • dude, that raccoon just like came and chilled in your house?

    tight.

  • aww! what a cute raccoon..

  • If Raccoons were easily tamed as cats were, they would have been a widespread pets

  • my friend verjee sez they have a cute face

  • its fucking lame people feeding you, you know people moved into Raccoons territory they didnt move into our turf, they are smarter than that

  • ha-ha! be very careful... they will bite when you least expect!

  • in responce to everyones comment that racoons always use their hands... it's because they are searching for foreign objects in their food. They usally try to douse the food in water because it increases the sensitivity of their hands

  • ADORABLE video but not such a good idea. I'm a wildlife rehabber and it's so good to see the public reaching out to help. However, despite good intentions, this is how a lot of racoons get hurt. I once had a racoon that had been shot with an arrow. It went through it's head and then into the rest of the body. The only way this could have happened is if someone was standing right over the animal and no wild animal would let that happen. Some concerned citizen would have had to have tamed it first

  • Makes senseto me. I think they're adorable, but I don't think I'd let one in my residence.

  • rabidooning!

  • Huh Funny.

  • raccoons & opossums make wonderful pets, people should be more open minded

  • aww, nice video lol.

i would have tried to pet it.

  • ahahah ehi that's me ahahah

  • @BlackKingX:

In Japan raccoons are called araiguma or "washing bears"

  • In Hungary they are called modómedve wich means the same :)

    i love them, they're so cute :)

  • i liked how the raccoon used it's hands

  • raccoons always use their hands...lol i didnt know that until today lol

  • You Are Totally Right And I Really Agree With You Man.
