Hey guys, Im having a lot of trouble finding this song I can't put a name on. It was super popular video on Much Music and MTV too I think during 1999/2000. I think it was called "Love Song" but its not this one. In the video theres a bald chick singing and the video has a red-wash look to it, and the video is very "sleepy" overall I remember a few scenes are shot in a winding staircase too. Please help

These buildings/skyscrapers are the background from Now 31, released in Summer '95. Now 30 which features this song (number 8, CD 1) has an orange sky and a beach as its background =)
I was only 8 when this came out, and I can't believe it didn't get higher than where it ended up in the UK charts at the time, which was at No.12. Brilliant song, such a shame Scarlet didn't continue their success further. Thanks for the post!
