But where is your position on Health Care. I'm against Obama's health care plan. Given the extent of Americas history with bio weapons and African Americans I only feel this type of system would make it worst. Right now my son's school is trying to make people take the H1n1 shot. I am for health care reform to bring the costs down. I have spoken extensively about the H1N1 situation. People should not be running to be vaccinated for it. H1N1 was introduced through some of the previous years flu vaccines in which they had inserted bird flu in the US. That is how the bird part came to be in H1N1. People have the choice to say no, whether the government says it's mandatory or not. Look at what happened in New York when people resisted.

I agree, there is strong opposition to health care reform, especially any option that will put the brakes on the excessively high and rising profits of big insurance and HMO's.

The Zionists' objective is to weaken Obama domestically to force him to deal with them totally on their terms. They realize time is on Obama's side if they don't stop health care reform, something no president has been able to get done.

There is nothing in the Constitution that has anything to do with health care and how the government should set it up. But there is much in the Constitution about the government working on behalf of its people. We have not seen this in the last few decades. Government has worked on behalf of the other legal entity (person), i.e., the Corporation. They wanted all antitrust laws burned so that they could link up with their foreign "parents".

There IS something in the Constitution about regulating interstate commerce. That's the only provision that gives the federal government power to regulate in this area. And it starts to get dicey when you're creating insurance companies.

I'm all for "health care reform," but how it is accomplished is the question.  And there is no simple answer.

I'm sure there should be a model in another industry. Medicare is one example and most seniors like it and would be up in arms if this government health care program did not exist.

Most of the noise is generated by those who will be forced to give up some of the gravy legislation currently provides to them.

I understand medicare is a precedent for this policy. We went out onto the slippery slope of socialism long ago. Maybe that ship already sailed. But I still love purests. Maybe someday they'll re-think Roe vs. Wade.

The reason the founding fathers put the bill of rights in the constitution was to prohibit government from doing certain things. Like free speech. Like freedom of religion. Once we start shaving the edges, it becomes a matter of degree. So my advice is be very careful before you start cutting back on protections. Better safe than sorry.

I'm not even sure when or how it was corporations became "persons" under the law. That could be reconsidered.

As to health care reform, I don't know what laws can be drafted that would place it within the commerce clause. Also, I'm don't understand anti-trust exemptions, and inability to sell across state lines. It's a complicated problem and I'm glad obama's tackling it, but I was when hillary tried too.
