@OYNAproductions I don't think so because they have not done a script for it yet nor has there been any casting for actors who would be appearing. So unless they took care of all that starting right now- the soonest it could come out would be Christmas time. I looked it up on the IMDb and according to that- 2014 seems to be the earliest they could possibly have it released. All that is known right now is that there will be a third one eventually- Nicolas Cage is busy right now.
