Im not American - so can somebody please tell me *when* this press conference was? What decade/year approximately. And also, why this journalist asked the question to begin with (ie: why were people even aware of the possibility for such technology?Had the administration announced research&development of it?Was the concept publicized by the administration?etc)
This man also help to poison in all of our soft drinks namely, aspartame, this is a form of legalised poison like flouride in your toothpaste avoid it.
