This is a great tube, especially about the Pit community garden. This has been a great success story. The most important aspect of this project is the education for school children. The children have six large garden beds. They plant the beds, water, pull weeds and harvest the produce and take it to the food bank,. I know as of this date they have donated over 400 pounds o vegetables to the Greenville Food Bank. What better way to educate a child.
