I know that if I were an IRS agent, it would be easy to root out all the online players that are not paying taxes. And the live tournament players also. heck, the names are published in magazines! I case the IRS did not routienley or randomly catch all the people that chose not to file or claim the winings, gosh, you gots the records! And of course it woujld be easy to subpeona casinos to check up on their record keeping
