  • Thanks!

  • good one handed roll

  • that's a Benny Greb Technique isn't it ?...cool stuff..

  • @blica1 Thanks! Yeah, I think Benny does it too, but I it´s actually an old technique from Kenwood Dennard. But as I wrote. I stole it from Johnny Rabb. Probably the first person to really make it a useful technique.

  • snyggt Markus:)

  • @Snabelskorna Tack Krille, detsamma!

  • Yeah :) At least it´s cheap! If you don´t like it, it actually makes a great saucepan lid!

  • Is yours the 8 or the 10?

  • It´s 10".

  • What!? Who´s the one who didn´t give me 5 stars? :) Just kidding, thanks for voting!

  • How'd you make the drumbal?

  • Actually you can buy it as it is from Meinl. Doesn´t cost that much either. Comes in sizes 8" and 10". Of course you could make your own taking a small cymbal combined with a door-or-whatever-knob too. But I would choose the Meinl, it´s got an "waved" edge that eliminates airlocks.

  • @markusderschlagwerke I took a hammer to an old splash for the waved edge :-)

  • @TSIMonster :) Great idea! I´ll try that on all my other cymbals.
