  • i wonder why he never fixed his guitars ^^ he always lost minutes and minutes on stage tuning them.. and he's not even hard on his strings..

well.. its all forgotten when he starts singing

  • @doyengicp Because it's a telecaster and they suck at holding their tune. They're got such a good tone though, Buckley figured the extra tuning was worth the sound.

  • @TheColdWeatherPilots filing a nut to the string gauge we use isnt that big of a deal. any tech do it in a couple of minutes and any tele would stay in tune afterwards.

same goes for the saddles, breaking his strings on stage countless times. honestly, a 30 min job would have made his gigs flawless on this account.

But, he always used these mishaps to joke with the audience.. so its hard to complain afterwards :p

  • @TheColdWeatherPilots i beg to differ my friend. I've got a telecaster and it stays in tune pretty damn good.

  • Thank you so much to share this exellent moment!!!Hi Jeff,Rest in peace ;)

  • Stunningly Beautiful version of this song, and he looked so young here, man I miss him... <3

  • I love this guy so so much

  • does anyone know what he's using here? telecaster?

  • @sahilbatra ya his sig. 1983 tele and rich tone/no distortion ....amazing

  • his voice....was so amazing, this song ... everyone can relate to this song i miss him so much

  • i wonder if he had..i mean left with a satisfied mind, beautiful song, what a beautiful voice he had!!!

  • I find a lot of his stuff meh, but when h was good, he was amazing. Such a shame he died so young, he had a lot of music left to share.

This is the song I want played at my funeral as it sums up my worldview. Appreciate life for what it is, be happy with what you have, and live and die a satisfied person.

  • I am so in love with him, it hurts.

  • @goofygirly2010 i really understand you, believe me.

  • that's heavy.

  • What tuning is he using?

  • @jeangrozdevan standard

  • @cyberprunes wow. do you play it? know any good chord/tab transcript?

  • what year was this? he looks almost a teenager here! still out of this world though. beyond out of this world in fact...such talent.

  • @trollphie A Dailymotion version of this video says the date is 03/22/1992.

  • @jeangrozdevan thanks :) now i know exactly how youthful he looked when he was 25.

  • @trollphie he was really young........

  • I love how when he started everyone was talking.. But by the end everyone was listening to him.

  • BEAUTIFULLLLLLL!!!! Later!!!

  • What a beautiful video

  • a genius.

  • Don't edit out the tuning or anything else. Keep it as is. Unless there are 20 of this exact same video, it is truly a shame that this has less than 5,000 views.

  • I just love how satisfied he looks at the end of the song and the happy guitar noodling :)
