How do these stack up to new eastwood supros? I'm really interested in these but I can't find one to save my life so I wanna pick up one of the new ones.
@lambdalex I think the lone voice of the lone "Silver-Sound" bridge / pick-up that I am talking about starts at 2:55. Sounds pretty bright and clear. Thank you very much for your reply!
Any chance you could high-lite the Silver-Sound bridge/pick-up combo. I would like to hear the voice of the unit. Maybe you could tell me the video time reference for the lone pick-up.bridge sounding.
Well, if you talk about the built-in-bridge magnetic unit, this is the first used in each tune that I've played in this video. Another way to recognize it: it's the one which delivers the less saturation...
The aim of this unit was to approach an "acoustic" type of sound and it's pretty convincing (even if we cannot really compare both) in my opinion...
... not so impossible : I've found this one on the bay a few months back, but I recognize that I've been waiting a long time before getting an affordable exemplary !!
Hmm if anyone likes this guitar they may also Like a Duo Jet, its made by gretsch buts beautiful

@DEACONTIME
You can compare original Valco & Eastwood reedition guitars ONLY for aesthetic matters...
... but concerning the structure & the sound Valco & Eastwood guitars are from different planets !!
No aluminum neck or powerful single-coil PUs or fiberglass body on Eastwood products, and you can hear it !
