  • Yeah, let's take another hit from the bong... I mean pot.

    lol

  • On your say so Pastorstraw, I went out and bought some peppermint oil only because I as stuffed up and I want relief. By the time I order yours I may be healed. Anyway I put a few drops in and man it hit me like a Mack truck. But I was hoping for some bronchial relief as well, No such luck but I will try a few more times before bed. I fell drowsy is that normal? I haven't taken anything else accept 1000 mg's of Vitamin C 2 X's so far today and will take one more 1000 mg's before the day is done.

  • where can i get peppermint oil andfor how much.... how long would it take to clear your lungs completely out from smokin if uve only been smoking for 12 months

  • @100getmoney100 Of course I would recommend our own brand of Organic Peppermint Oil from Secrets of Eden dot com. Everyone is biochemically different and thus it is impossible to predict how long it would take to "" clear your lungs " . Feel free to call us anytime and discuss. And thank you for your interest.

  • lol... "this is worth 2 hits" 420

  • hello! can it clean lungs when you quit smoking?

  • @OGRON47 @OGRON47 Congrats on quiting smoking. The research shows that the body recovers health amazingly fast when you quit. The benefits are multiple. Certainly, if you do the pepermint oil deep breathe as illustrated in the video you certainly can expect enhanced recovery of lung capacity. Check out my video on deep breathing it would also be beneficial for you.

  • @pastorstraw well i quit smoking 2 years ago and only smoked 3 pack thats all now i need something that will clear lungs from these nasty chemicals. can i use eucaliptus oil? thanks

  • @OGRON47 your lungs is one of the fastest rejuvenating organs you have...you can never permanently damage your lungs from smoke inhalation they will always recover at some rate after you quit

  • can you not smell the open bottle of the stuff?

  • This worked on me but only for a short period of time. I had to do it about every 20 minutes.

  • I have a problem. When i go snorkelling/scuba diving, i cant dive deep very far because of pressure in my sinuses, i have no problems equalizing pressure in my ears but my sinuses do no equalize at all. Please Help

  • Would it be even better if we add a couple drops of lemon oil alone with peppermint oil? Would that help even more? Thanks for your suggestion.

  • that deserves a second hit. LOL! nice. I'll try that. I've had chronic congestion for years. I'll let you know if it works for me. ^_^

  • he said its worth two hits

  • peppermint oil does work I used to have very bad sinus problems was on ever medication there is and someone told me to try peppermint oil and i have been off the meds for 2 years now i havent had a cold or flu since and if you rub a dab under your nose before going to bed it cures snoring try it you will be happy to see it really works

  • my congestion is weird. its like permanent. can u give me advice of how to clear my nose very easy because its either i cant breath out of one nostril and the other is fine and it switches from my left nostril to my right nostril a couple times a day even though i am outside all the time.

  • I have the same exact problem I'm sort of getting worried

  • samer here

  • i have the same thing

  • Here too, life is more miserable than you could possibly imagine

  • Almost all essential oils are antibiotic, and in direct contact alot of things kill virus'. If you have a sytemic virus, i would agree, but I am talking about contact, environmental virus and bacteria.

  • @pastorstraw hi, i am trying peppermint oil in hot water to improve my smell, it turns out that chronic sinusitis gave a horrible odor that i couldn't sense but my couple despised... I've been only using it since a few days, but every time I use it, it makes me sneeze away all that dirty mucus and she cannot feel this disgusting odor as strong as before, thanks. Do you believe I should keep using it for life, or can it generate tolerance?

  • haha just wanted to correct something, oil isnt going to cure a virus, nothing can really but just letting it work itself out, l2biology

  • I appreciate that you're letting people know about things they can do to naturally heal themselves or to maintain good health.

I've used that steam technique similar to the one you're showing and found it to be very effective. In my case, I took the pot off the stove, put a large towel over my head and let it drape down to form a sort of "tent" to hold in the steam. That makes it very intense, but it's perfectly safe (as long as the water is not scalding hot.)

  • I should add that if you put a towel over your head like that, you should keep your eyes closed at all times. It can get pretty hot!

  • Also try eucalyptus oil, thyme oil, and camphor, used the same way,

  • Nice Charly, You're absolutely right and quite frankly, most any medicinal essential oil you wish to get into your blood stream. Let;s face it. Its a direct shot to the lungs and blood. God Bless you and all who come to this site!

  • Right On!! Thyme made a big change in my pnemonia
