Yes, humble is the correct word. Other people were more in it for themselves, or saw this as some kind of concert. Its a memorial, and John didn't forget that or lose sight of it. Excellent.

Yeah, this was hands down my favorite performance of the memorial as well. Very tasty playing by Mayer and it fit so well with what is one of Micheal's best ballads he's ever written.
