They'd never get away with this kind of movie now, which is one reason why I remain so nostalgiac for this period, both for movies and music. (What a year was '65 for popular music! Everyone on the charts from Sinatra to Sergio Mendes to The Supremes to Joan Baez to The Beatles..!).

Oh, and I adore Virna Lisi's chic suit :-)

One of my favorite and funniest movies. Jack Lemmon and Verna Lisi are so talented. Wonderful movie. The supporting cast is also superb. Never get tired of this movie.

Why didn't she listen when the guard said "No ladies allowed inside the club?" When the club leaders come in, why are they baming it all on Jack when all they saw is his wife walking in?

if you watch the entire film, you'd know why she's so desperate to find him.. she thought he's cheating on her or something odd.

A terrific movie. Virni Lisi is one of the great babes ever.
