Justice Dept. Approves XM-Sirius Merger

The FCC dragging their ass with the merger approval could also have something to do with Howard Stern pissing them off over the years but they could be looking out for Clear Channel. XM needs the merger or they go bankrupt.

Clear Channel sucks ass, they are the reason some of us buy satellite radio and pay for the service. We get all the stations with the songs we want to hear. Clear Channel owns most radio stations in cities and they change the formats and add or remove the music we want to hear. Sirius is the best and has somethin for everyone. Radio talk shows can be boring but no talk show is better than Covino and Rich on maxim but Stern is still a good listen and Octane 20 is one of the best rock stations.

No one knows when the merger is taking place. If I knew when I wouldn't be afraid to buy and sell sirius to make as much money as I could. Feeling that the merger could go through at anytime now i just hold the stock instead of trade it. I figure why try to buy and sell the stock to make a few hundred dollars and risk bein out of the stock if the merger goes through and lose making a few thousand. The merger could happen anytime now.
