Harriet always wore the same thing: black shirt, silver pendant, big belt, and jeans along with her trademark bee-hive hairdo. I bet if she made an appearance today, she would be wearing the same thing. Timeless.
damn mtv used to be lame. what with their stupid panning camera and visual effects. wait a tic, mtv is still super lame! thank non-existent god that it didn't get in the way of the sundays' rockin!
"Happily bridging the gap between art and pop." This is like how New Order has "always kept one foot in the mainstream and one in the underground." God, why are the English so good at music?
he is the luckiest guy of all time. the last i heard, she left music to mother a child for him. Because the haven't come out with an album in so long, i've really started listening to Innocence Mission (like the american Sundays). I love 'em.
Thanks for the IM tip. I've checked them out and they're pretty good! I love "I Remember Me". I recognize her voice from the Natalie Merchant cd from years ago. Didn't realize she had a band too. Thanks! I love discovering bands and I've been wanting to listen to another with a female singer.
Agreed! I really wished this band stayed together although the never REALLY announced the split up. The the only members still active in the music scene as of 2007 is bassist-Paul (has his own self-title band)and drummer-Patrick(now a sound tech). Harriet and David have been M.I.A. for 9 yrs. and ENJOY THEIR PRIVACY! I really don't think they're coming back:( BUT I'm fine with the 3 awesome album's and RARE B-sides! I miss this band:(
I think she's the only singer I know who's accent crosses over into singing so much. I just heard a b side to a song and it took me weeks to translate!
exactly, I just said that on another comment on another Sunday's video. I like that though. I don't know why the accent is hidden on so many British artists. It's damn sexy on Harriet though.

The Sundays will always be my favorite band. I would give anything for another album and tour.

MTV is not only lame, it's pitiful now. A total destruction of a once proud channel.

What a tremendous loss! Harriet, if You ever want to ditch David, come back to us!

Dave is an absolutely incredible songwriter... The Sundays wouldn't be where they are if it weren't for David Gavurin's poetic direction

I agree, but is that David singing the Harmony in Wild Horses? That is incredible Harmony! dont you agree?

Regardless of what the media decides to focus on.....David you are a fabulous songwriter and guitarist. jw

I agree, it's her voice to his music although wild horses is a much older tune.
